It’s very delicious; I didn’t like it much at first, but then I let it mature for a month and have been using it, and wow, now I do smell the gummy scent, it literally smells like those strawberry gums with sugar. It opens fruity, a bit citrusy, but then that gummy scent comes out, and you feel the creamy vanilla. It’s not so gourmand, mind you; as I describe it, it might sound creamier than it is, and no, it’s less creamy than the Regular Yara, more acidic, very sweet, very delicious. On my skin, it doesn’t last long; you have to reapply, whereas the Pink Yara lasts much longer.
It’s childish yet rich and fun; you can feel the acidity of the little candies like a sweet caramel fizz. I would only buy it if I had many perfumes I adore, as it’s quite a ‘vitamin’. It vastly outperforms the classic Yara. Predominant note: the acidic little candies. Occasion: under 15 for everything, over 15 for daytime, informal, to lift the mood. Reasonable price, though I feel it’s overpriced (like almost everything from Lattafa). While I found it original, I wouldn’t choose it and don’t think it’s suitable for anyone’s signature. Hyper-feminine. If I could get it in travel size, that would be ideal.
I was very excited because I’m a fan of sweet perfumes, but I’m glad I tested it before buying it blind. I asked to smell it in two different shops on two different days, and I was disappointed in both tests. The opening is a simple fruity scent; I didn’t feel anything that reminded me of the ‘candy’ it’s supposed to evoke. Furthermore, the base notes feel too masculine to me, somewhat woody and spicy; I didn’t even detect the vanilla. The contrast between the opening and the base is too abrupt. I don’t recommend buying it blind.
It has surprised me greatly, for the better. At first, it was strange because people said it smelled like sweets, but it doesn’t smell like that to me at all. The first time I sprayed it, it seemed to smell like plastic, like cheap perfumes, but it was the musk notes settling. After that strange note, it turns into a sweet fruit salad, as if the fruits had condensed milk. It’s very strange, like a fruit juice on steroids. And sweet, super sweet. With a syrupy touch after a while. The strawberry and blackcurrant are very noticeable. The vanilla adds sweetness but isn’t very prominent. It lasts a very long time; on clothes, I can still smell it days later. On skin, it lasts practically all day. I wear it to go to work, and when I come back in the afternoon, my partner smells it as soon as I walk through the door. A very positive experience. If you like super fruity and sweet perfumes, you’ll love it. For the price, I think it’s a complete perfume.
I adore it. It’s been a long time since a fragrance obsessed me, and this one managed it. It’s incredibly sweet, with very penetrating vanilla touches, very enveloping, feminine, and captivating. For lovers of gourmand perfumes like me, it’s a must-have.
I thought it would be something else, but I could definitely wear it. Although it smells like sweets, it’s fresh due to the fruits and other notes. I wouldn’t buy it as it hasn’t surprised or shocked me; there are many similar ones, it doesn’t break the mould, and I find it cheap. I find it super delicious. I detect much more vanilla in this Candy than in the regular Yara. It’s like sweets covered in vanilla and caramel, although it opens up super sparkingly thanks to the tangerine. I’m keen to try it mixed with the Yara.

It opens sweet and citrusy, like candy gummies. Then it becomes vanilla, but it’s an artificial vanilla I didn’t enjoy. To be precise, it’s the same vanilla as in Jeanne Arthes’ Candyland.

It smells like bottled diabetes and isn’t the second coming of Christ, as they say. (Personal opinion) ☝️ I tried it in-store: lovely fruity opening, but within seconds it dries down to cheap chantilly, caramel, like a walking cake that attracts flies. In the end, it’s very spiced and woody, typical of Arabic perfumes. It’s synthetic, cloying, and destroys the olfactory senses. It’s common to see it due to the price and hype, but in heat it suffocates. I can’t think of when to use it. I’d only recommend it to a little girl, but I doubt she’d last it.
Compared to the Kriska Romance (I own both), this smells of acidic strawberry with vanilla, whereas the other is chocolate, sexier and more elegant. Of all the Yaras, this is my favourite. It’s a youthful, sweet, and uncomplicated scent that doesn’t detract from its charm. The watermelon sweet smell predominates, but as it dries down, a creamy vanilla and amber base emerges. It lasts a long time on clothes and skin, at least four hours.
I’ve had it for several months and its initial release never convinced me; it’s very effervescent and similar to acidic sweets. But as it has matured, I like the dry-down scent. I’m obsessed with this perfume. Sugared strawberry gummies, sweet yet fresh at the same time, flirty. Despite not being so sweet, every time I put it on I want to eat strawberry gummies. After that wonderful strawberry opening, there remains a delicious bed of vanilla. I don’t know why people say it’s very sweet; for me it’s not. For me, Bianco Latte is super sweet, but Yara Candy is super versatile and I love it. Would I buy it again? Of course I would.
At first, the sweetness caught my attention, as I usually lean towards noticeable sweet scents, but over time it becomes very heavy and I can’t tolerate it. I put it on and after 30 minutes I can’t bear the smell anymore because it overwhelms me. If anyone likes super sweet and intense scents, they will love it.
I’m not disgusted by it, but I find it totally indifferent. Its sister, Yara Classic, fascinates me with its beautiful composition, despite being more mass-produced. In contrast, Yara Candy smells like cinnamon body spray; even though it contains no cinnamon, I still get the same sharp, hostile sensation. I wouldn’t buy it again; I only keep it because of the Classic set, but perhaps I’ll give it another chance in winter.
The best of the Yara range between the original, the orange, and this one. I don’t feel they resemble each other at all. I was scared because I thought it would be very childish or boring, which happens a bit with the original although I like it. Nothing to do with that: all the notes blend so well: sweets, vanilla, gardenia, and fruits; it’s impressive, I didn’t expect it, a pleasant surprise. I’d wear it all day long.

I bought it out of curiosity as an inspiration for Fraiche and it smells delicious, pure gummies. I feel tempted to buy the original because it is very tasty, but I’m not sure if I will later, as there are other Lattafa scents that drive me wild right now.
Typical perfume Tarta de Fresa would wear. Ideal for spring and summer days. You can really smell the gummies, vanilla, and magnolia. Very creamy and exquisite, with that talc-like touch. Perfect for sweet lovers. It’s the only Arabic fragrance I own and I’m fascinated by it. Plus, the bottle is large. I use it daily and people have said wonderful things about it. 8/10.
