Justin Frederico
Dr. Justin Frederico received his postdoctoral degree in synthetic organic chemistry with a specialisation in natural products from Columbia University and went on to work as Technical Director at Custom Essence of Givaudan. He also worked at International Flavor & Fragrance, where he expanded his work in fragrances for the home, laundry and personal care, as well as fine perfumery. He then launched Creative Accords with his wife, Catherine Frederico, where they have created bespoke fragrance formulations for a wide range of private clients.
