Mabelle O’Rama is a perfumer and artist based in London. She began her olfactory journey during the pandemic, using scent as a therapeutic escape. Fascinated by its power to evoke memories and influence mental well-being, she founded the olfactory studio Mabelle O’Rama to highlight the benefits of olfaction and inspire people to make the most of their sense of smell.
In her work, she experiments with scent as a bridge to nostalgia and fantasy. Since then, she has introduced a new form of olfactory art, creating aromatic visual art pieces that diffuse a scent. Her first perfume, “Lunar Dust,” received an Honourable Mention from the Institute of Art and Olfaction in 2023.
