Perfumer
Maud Chabanis
The perfumer Maud Chabanis was born in the region of Nîmes, France. Ever since she can remember, scent and smell have played an important role in her life: the aromas of flowers, fragrant cooking, aromatic Provençal plants, and the perfumes her parents and grandparents used.
"I’ve always had a very fragrant life, so I knew from a very early age that the profession of perfumer would be the one I would choose".
Maud completed her education in Montpellier, with a Master’s in Engineering of Aromatic Cosmetics Perfumes (ICAP). Her university studies provided her with a rich training ground, where small classes enabled her to develop in a privileged environment. Maud’s dedication and ability led her to graduate as the top student of her class in 2012. After her graduation, Maud joined Romessence as a perfumer assistant, where she deepened her knowledge of raw materials and, in particular, naturals.
She is currently a perfumer at PCW.
