Vincent Kuczinski, a distinguished perfumer with over 40 years of experience in the industry, began his academic path at the College of Staten Island/CUNY. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics between 1982 and 1988. He continued his training at the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University, where he earned an MBA in Executive Management between 1999 and 2001.

Vincent Kuczinski’s career in the fragrance industry began at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in 1977. Over a 14-year period, he created fragrances for major clients in the Fine Fragrance group in New York, eventually becoming Vice President and Senior Perfumist.

In 1994, Kuczinski joined Bush Boake Allen US as Vice President and Chief Perfumist. There, he led a complete group of fragrances of more than 30 people, including R&D and analytical teams, while continuing to create fragrances for clients.

Later, Kuczinski became Vice President and Director of Fine Fragrance Creation at Takasago International, where he led the Fine Fragrance Group in Rockleigh and created fragrances for major clients in the fine perfumery domain from 1996 to 2002.

Kuczinski then continued his career at Symrise, where he spent five years creating fragrances for major clients in the Beauty Care group. He then moved to Ungerer as Vice President and Senior Perfumist, creating fragrances for all clients of the Fragrance Division from 2007 to 2011.

Since 2011, Kuczinski has worked as Vice President and Senior Perfumist at Mane Fragrances, creating fragrances for major clients in the fine fragrance and body care sectors.

Throughout his career, Vincent Kuczinski has collaborated with numerous prestigious brands, such as Avon, Banana Republic, Blackglama, Marc Ecko, Playboy, The Bubble Collection and Zaharoff.

Vincent Kuczinski’s extensive experience in the fragrance industry has enabled him to develop a unique approach to perfume creation. His background in economics and executive management has likely contributed to his ability to lead teams effectively, understand market trends and meet clients’ needs.
