  It is a balsamic, spicy, and herbaceous fragrance. Upon first spray, notes of myrrh and frankincense blend with spices such as cinnamon, coriander, and pepper, alongside herbs. Gradually it settles over a smoky, resinous base, aided by labdanum. I detect a slight salty touch, perhaps from synthetic ambergris or lemon grass. In the dry-down, what stands out most is that smoky nuance; the herbs and spices fade away, leaving myrrh and frankincense to dominate. Performance is moderate: it projects well for the first few hours before sitting close to the skin by the third or fourth hour. The longevity is not bad, but at a low level. Ideal for cold weather and with a masculine profile. Personally, it hasn’t quite convinced me, though it has an original touch and doesn’t attempt to copy other incense perfumes I know. The quality of the ingredients seems good; although it features challenging notes, nothing is unpleasant or out of place. Simply, the scent doesn’t fully appeal to me, but I recommend it to those who enjoy incense perfumes.
