I absolutely love this Armaf ‘De la Marque’ line, though I’m not a fan of the bottle with that lifejacket design. The gold version has beastly projection and a longevity that makes you jump out of your seat. To me, it smells like a musky white floral with a hint of vanilla and a touch of talc. It reminds me of Alien when it has dried down, but mixed with the soul of J’adore—a madness for white floral lovers. I adore it and would buy it again without hesitation.

I bought it blindly for my wife, and the moment she smelled it, she couldn’t help but think of my mother when I was a child, wearing her Givenchy Organza. The surprise is that they share notes; on my nose, it smells like that classic but with a modernised look and version. It smells elegant and opulent. Could it be said to be a flanker?

This was a gift and my first Armaf; I’d heard so much about the brand, and it’s pure luxury from the box to the golden bottle with its magnetic cap. The opening is sweet, a bit scandalous, and very noticeable. I applied it to my neck and wrists, just one drop, and it lasted 24 hours. The base is vanilla; it’s extremely long-lasting. Wooow!
