An unusual yet sweet opening, featuring a rare cardamom that settles within minutes into a gourmand, creamy, and rich scent. The tobacco isn’t strong or grotesque, nor does it smell like cigarettes. The only drawback is the dry-down; it sits somewhere between powdery and creamy, with a warm fragrance DNA but no distinct vanilla. My reference will always be Armani Code, haha, and I wouldn’t go for that DNA. Overall, it’s a niche perfume without the fuss, even leaning towards a general appeal with some gourmand and commercial notes. It doesn’t disappoint, though I was hoping for something more challenging or original. I would still try other scents from this house.
