I own Bentley For Me Intense and don’t see the similarity people claim. It’s something else entirely. They only share that alcoholic note, though one carries rum and the other cognac. It smells of caramelised apple with alcohol, slightly artificial. 3/5.

A complex, dark and mysterious fragrance with notes of coffee, cognac and woods. Fruits like apple and orange are also noticeable, but with a certain fermenting touch; all of that gives it a dark air, as if you were having a drink on a ghost ship surrounded by vintage items, old wood and scents of over-ripe fruit and wilted flowers. If I were to set the scene, it’s the smell of entering the Scumm Bar in Monkey Island at night or the Flying Dutchman’s ship. I recommend it for evening wear or situations where you don’t want to go unnoticed with a well-controlled touch of eccentricity. Reminds me of XS Black and XS Black Potion by Paco Rabanne.

Reminded me of Bentley For Men Intense EDP at first, with brandy, then mid-notes reminiscent of D&G One. It’s an excellent fragrance, tailored, dry and more serious. I see it well for events where you want to make your own mark. Longevity and projection are excellent; obviously not for a teenager. A good purchase for the collection.
I bought it a few days ago; it’s a fragrance for an older gentleman. To me, it smells dry (like talcum powder), refreshing (mint) and neat (wood). I hope I’ve explained myself clearly.

I tried this fragrance today and, although it’s not bad, it smells of a very particular coffee, let’s say a bit common. I’ll pass, although it’s not bad, mind you.
