  1. I was gifted a Fragonard miniature set and took this one on holiday. On the first day, it fell in the bathroom and broke, yet the room smelled of vanilla and caramel for the entire four-day trip. Back home, I bought the full-size version. It opens with a citrus scent spiced with pepper and musk, lasting about two hours, before a floral note emerges and sweetens as it dries. Throughout, a soft patchouli lingers without losing its potency. It’s a powerhouse of longevity; I apply it mid-morning and still detect it when I wake the next day. Easily ten hours of scent trail and another ten on the skin.

When I returned, I bought the full bottle. It opens with citrus, pepper and musk, lasts about two hours, then a floral note emerges and sweetens as it dries. There’s always a soft patchouli that never loses its strength. It’s a beast for longevity! I put it on mid-morning and can still smell it when I wake up; it lasts around ten hours on the skin and another ten in the trail.

This is my favourite from the entire Fragonard collection. It’s a night perfume, perfect for going to the theatre or a fancy restaurant. Very feminine and elegant. I’ve been wearing it for four years and never get tired of it; it’s one of my absolute favourites.

This is my absolute favourite from the entire Fragonard collection. It’s a night perfume, perfect for the theatre or an expensive restaurant. It’s also very feminine and elegant. I’ve been wearing it for four years and never get tired of it. It’s one of my all-time favourites.

  5. Like Belle Nuit, it’s a different perfume, far from mass-produced. Despite being an oriental fragrance, it doesn’t feel heavy to me. The drawback is that, as an Eau de Parfum, it doesn’t last very long.

Just like Belle Nuit, it smells different and isn’t a mass-market scent. Although it’s oriental, it doesn’t weigh me down at all. The only drawback is that, being an Eau de Parfum, it fades very quickly.
