I really loved it, bought blind. It feels citrusy and sweet, delicious jasmine and roses, then a very light sandalwood. Tremendous fixation, lasts 8 hours on skin and longer on clothes. The packaging is spectacular. Incredible cost-to-quality ratio, very affordable and the quality is tremendous compared to more expensive perfumes.
I absolutely loved it. It was a blind buy and it turned out brilliantly. It smells citrusy and sweet, with delicious jasmine and roses, followed by a very light sandalwood. The longevity is beastly: eight hours on the skin and even longer on clothes. The bottle is spectacular. The value for money is impressive; it’s very affordable yet of tremendous quality, even compared to more expensive perfumes.
For me it’s a summer perfume, for everyday wear which tends to please others more than me. Good value for money. It doesn’t remind me of anything in particular.
This perfume disappointed me with its scent; it’s too strong for me. It’s a very citrusy woody fragrance similar to L’Interdit, just a bit more mature. I recommend trying it before buying, gourmandlovers, this perfume isn’t for us. On the other hand, the bottle! Oh my goodness! It’s divine.
This perfume disappointed me with the scent… too strong for me. It’s a citrus woody very similar to L’Interdit but a bit more mature. I recommend testing it before buying. Gourmandlovers, this isn’t for you. On the other hand, the bottle! Oh my goodness! It’s divine.
At first I didn’t like it, but I kept testing and was surprised by its evolution; once dried down, I smell honeyed notes.
I saw it was said to have yerba mate… but I don’t see it listed…
To be honest, I loved the scent, very pretty though nothing extraordinary. What’s extraordinary is the bottle, absolutely beautiful. I perceive the scent as very floral and romantic; I wouldn’t recommend it for young people, I think it’s more for those over 30, though it depends on the individual. I use it in summer, but I have a feeling it’s more of a spring scent. I’d say it lasts about 6 hours. For the price, it’s very good.
I tested two sprays: a fruity citrus opening that lasts a few minutes before settling into a soft woody floral. It’s mainly feminine, but that woody base with spicy touches makes it unisex. The scent is so good I wouldn’t mind wearing it stronger. Longevity is excellent; it feels strong for hours, projecting without being overwhelming. Lasted 8 hours on skin and started to fade around 11 hours. Sillage averaged 2-3 hours then faded to skin scent. Excellent value for money; here it costs $12.
I tested two sprays on my arm: an initial fruity and citrusy opening, but within minutes it shifts to a soft woody and floral heart. It’s mainly feminine, though the woody notes with spicy touches make it unisex. The scent is so pleasant that I wouldn’t mind wearing it again. The longevity is very good; it feels strong for hours, projecting without being overwhelming. It lasted eight hours on the skin before fading by 11 o’clock. The trail is moderate for two to three hours and then stays close to the skin. An excellent option for the price (12 USD in my country).
Rich scent with a citrus opening. To me, it smells slightly of green apple (not listed, just my impression) before quickly shifting into a woody floral accord that lasts for hours, lingering on the skin and catching in sudden bursts with movement or a breeze. It stays on clothes for several days. Perfect for everyday wear, hardly overpowering, and given the price, it’s well worth it.
Rich aroma, citrus opening that smells like green apple to me (it’s not listed in the notes, just my impression) and quickly settles into a woody floral that lingers for hours. On skin it’s continuous and on clothes it lasts several days, releasing bursts with movement. It’s for everyday wear, unlikely to be off-putting, and worth it for the price.
I’m updating my review: I loved it at first try in the shop as I’m a fan of citrus with white florals. Although I’m not a fan of woods, it won me over with that ‘spring woodland’ scent. My only gripe is that the wood slightly mutes the citrus and floral notes, but I fix that by layering another citrus on top. Even though it didn’t quite convince me at 100%, I receive many compliments. It’s versatile: suitable for the office, an autumn dinner, or a christening. After two months of maturation, it lasts eight hours on skin and days on clothes.
Edit: In the shop I fell in love because I’m a fan of citrus and white florals; although I don’t usually like woods, this ‘springtime little wood’ won me over. The issue is that the wood can overpower the rest, but if I layer another citrus on top, it works beautifully. It didn’t fully convince me at first, but I’ve been receiving compliments. It’s super versatile: office, autumn dinner, first communion… After two months, it lasts 8 hours on skin and days on clothes.
It’s a pure chypre. It really shines after oxidising. Perfect for daytime wear.
