  I’m so happy to finally have my 3.4 oz bottle of ‘Anne Klein II’ back. It’s not exactly as I remember, but it’s close enough and I’m content, as it’s the closest I can get to that beautiful eighties fragrance. 😍 It’s not as long-lasting as the original; on my skin it lasted, at most, two hours, but on clothes it managed four. For me, a perfume that keeps me scented for more than four hours is acceptable. To me, the first thing I detected was citrus, and at the end, vanilla with jasmine, peach, and patchouli. I love it quite a lot 💕

  Update to my previous review… In cold weather, the behaviour of my AK has improved vastly. It lasts on my skin for about 6 hours, its trail is much larger, and on my clothes it lasts up to three days, I’m impressed! 🤪 I love it even more 😍

  A perfume delight. I imagined it would be sharp due to the spice and that eighties touch, but it turns out to be soft, almost delicate. It reminds me a lot of Elizabeth Taylor’s Passion, from the opening to the dry down, but whereas the other becomes more floral, this remains powdery and lasts quite well on clothes.

  This was a blind buy; I don’t know why it caught my eye, perhaps it was a hah, a hunch. Very delicious; the scent is very similar to Calvin Klein Obsession and Cartier Must, both of which I own and adore. I bought the perfume first, and as I liked it, I took the set which includes a duplicate, shower gel, and body lotion. Point in its favour: it’s a good perfume at a very economical price. Point against: the bottle shape and the fact the cap is glued to the bottle, which is a bit awkward; sometimes I forget to remove it and when I try to open it, I have to reattach it. 🙈 They say it used to smell better and that it was reformulated, but I don’t know because until now I’ve only known the original, and I liked it. It’s a vintage oriental scent.

  It was my first perfume in the eighties when I was in secondary school. I just happened to find it at Walmart, so I’m ordering it now.

  I wish I could recreate that exact scent, but it’s been 38 years since my mum gifted it to me. I only remember it being super vanilla and amber; with that fragrance, I felt super special and it was my perfume for going out. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 It had a kilometre-long trail and incredible longevity, typical of a good vintage perfume. As I recall, it didn’t resemble Obsession, though they shared that vanilla/amber style. I had both and still keep my bottle of Obsession.
