  • In this perfume, the interplay of ingredients is impeccable. The acidity of the orange is perfectly interwoven with the sweetness of the coffee and musk. It is a dry sweetness, nothing cloying. It is a very rich scent that harks back to a special breakfast of fruit, chocolate, and bread. A wonder. Unisex, for everyone in any moment of the year and of life. The complexly structured purity and the longevity of Perris Montecarlo fragrances never disappoint. It is well worth sniffing this perfume and continuing with the Cacao Azteca, the Oud, the Mimosa, or the Diamond Cedar…

  • As a first impression, I can only say what a pity. I repeat what I said about AdP Bergamotto di Calabria. History, technologies, beautiful aromas… to witness all of it as if watching a beautiful castle in the distance through a fog and with myopia. The opening is fantastic, a high-quality orange, juicy, with a touch of cinnamon; but from the start, the lack of punch is noticeable, the lack of projecting with confidence. I imagined that with heavy base notes it would have a certain imprint, but it fades very quickly. If you press your nose to your arm, it’s there, but it’s not the way such marketing paraphernalia should express itself. This is tested on skin, although on blotter it also faded super quickly, more so than the Bergamotto di Calabria from the same brand (at least for my nose). The scent is a wonder that anyone would enjoy; it would be worth trying it without interference and with plenty of sprays to see if in clean, enclosed environments it gave you at least 3 or 4 hours of personal pleasure, because less would be hardly justifiable given the price.

  • What naturalness, eh. The opening is bright and fruity, with that freshly cut and squeezed orange, adding a very appealing cinnamon. Soon a sweet, intense vanilla emerges, in the style of Ani, guiding the scent with fresh and elegant nuances, almond details that give it depth without straying from a well-cared-for unisex line. On my skin it lasts about four hours with a moderate projection, supported at the end by clean musk and sweet amber. Perris Italia offers enjoyment through the quality of its ingredients, recognisable accords and a comforting experience. It’s a pity you miss out on more projection and longevity, but it can’t be everything. Still, highly recommended for spring-summer leisure mornings, walks and good company.

  • Impressive naturalness. The opening is bright and fruity, with a sharp aroma of freshly cut orange, from a juicer, to which is added a very appealing note of cinnamon. Soon, a sweet and intense vanilla emerges, very much in the style of Ani, which continues to carry the fragrance through fresh and elegant nuances with almond details that give it body, never leaving a carefully curated unisex line. The longevity on my skin is around 4 hours with a moderate and appropriate projection, supported in the final phases by tones of clean musk and sweet amber. What Perris offers in this perfume and in its entire Italia line is the enjoyment derived from the naturalness and quality of its ingredients, with accords that lead us to the recognisable and turn it into a rich and comforting experience. With so much enjoyment, it’s normal to miss a bit more projection and longevity, but you can’t have everything in this life. What a pity. Nevertheless, I highlight it as highly recommended for spring and summer leisure mornings, walks, nature, and good company.

  • Arancia di Sicilia 🍊🌿🍋. I struggle to write this review without my mouth watering. It has become my favourite orange note, dethroning Orange Sanguine by Atelier. It opens with such a realistic sweet orange that if you spray it with your eyes closed, you’ll struggle to tell if it’s juice or perfume. Then, as it dries down, it becomes something else: vanilla, cinnamon, and almond. It seems like a dessert, but the accent that makes it a perfume is the musk and amber, with that original coffee note which I’d say is green coffee, nothing roasted. A breakfast in a hotel with a view on a beautiful summer day. Scent: 🍋🌿🍊🍋 Longevity: 🍊🌿🍋

  • It’s hard to write this without my mouth watering. This is my new favourite scent, with that orange completely outshining Atelier’s Orange Sanguine. It opens with such a realistic orange note that if you spray it with your eyes closed, you won’t know if it’s juice or fragrance. As it dries, it turns into vanilla, cinnamon and almond; it smells like a dessert, but the musk and amber with that touch of green coffee (not roasted) make it a proper perfume. It’s like a breakfast in a hotel with a view on a beautiful summer day.

  • I own several from the line, and this one, although not the most famous, has won me over. In fact, I liked it more than the Mandarin and the Diamond Cedar from the same family, perhaps more acclaimed than this one. It’s a daytime, citrus, sweet orange perfume. But it’s a complex orange with nuances. If it weren’t for its average performance, I could use it in winter. I can’t clearly distinguish the other notes (coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, almond), but it certainly has a certain ‘warm’ substance and isn’t a typical citrus. It plays with ambiguities: it’s unisex, delicate yet deep, fresh but with a sweet vanilla base. If it were a bit more potent for me, it would be perfect. I’m really liking this brand; I think they offer very interesting things.

In fact, I’ve liked it more than the mandarin and diamond cedar from the same family, perhaps more praised than this. It’s a daytime, citrusy, sweet orange scent, but it’s a complex orange with nuances. If it weren’t for its rather regular performance, I could use it in winter. I don’t distinguish the other notes (coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, almond) as such, but there is certainly a certain warmth to appreciate; it’s not a standard citrus. • Excellent perfume and great quality. I’ve just bought Arancia di Sicilia and I think it’s a great citrus due to its soft creaminess (mousse-like), its invigorating nature, and its elegance and versatility. I believe it can be worn almost all year round (except in the dead of winter) on numerous daytime occasions. That’s why I prefer it to Nio by Xerjoff (it lasts only an hour longer, is less creative and versatile) and to Acqua Viva by Profumum Roma (more linear but with great longevity). Speaking of performance: it’s a citrus, and we know what happens with them. On my skin, it lasts up to 6 hours; the first hour projects almost a metre away, then to about 15cm. Afterwards, it’s only felt intimately on the skin for another 2 hours. Arancia di Sicilia could be a blind buy, but I always recommend testing any niche fragrance well on the skin before buying it definitively.

  • A friend gifted me a decant of this orange and almond blend, and I absolutely loved it this summer. It’s citrusy but with just the right amount of sweetness, nothing excessive, possessing an elegance that makes it stand out. Initially, it smells of juicy, realistic orange—a fantastic opening. Then the almond emerges, creating that interesting sweet-bitter contrast typical of nut-based compositions. I also detect hints of cinnamon and coffee, adding a spicy touch that makes me want to smell it again and again. On my skin, it lasts around 6-7 hours with a soft sillage. I won’t be buying it as I need to finish a few other citrus scents first, but it’s ideal for informal occasions where you want something elegant, cheerful, and discreet. Daytime only, suitable for spring and summer. Scent: 7/10, Longevity: 6.5/10, Sillage: 6/10, Value for money: 6/10, Packaging: 9/10. Would I buy it again? Not for now.

  • Gourmand Bottle

It’s a super realistic fruity scent, like a ripe, sweet orange, very pretty. I detect a slight creamy touch. It’s not an acidic citrus, but a sweet fruity fragrance, very lovely. A safe blind buy; I can’t see how anyone could dislike it.

  • A friend gifted me a decant of this orange and almond fragrance that I’m enjoying so much this summer. It’s citrusy with a sweetness that doesn’t go over the top, with complexity and elegance that set it apart. The opening smells of juicy, very realistic orange; a fantastic start. Then the almond appears, accompanying the orange and adding that interesting sweet-bitter contrast. You can catch hints of cinnamon and coffee, giving it a spicy nuance that makes me smell it over and over again. On my skin it has a moderate trail and lasts about six to seven hours. Perhaps I wouldn’t buy it as I need to finish many citrus scents first, but it’s a very pleasant option for informal or semi-formal occasions: elegant, discreet, cheerful and jovial. Daytime only, in spring-summer.
