It’s like the softer version of Hinode’s Grace Midnight. While that smells like a bomb, this is vanilla, chocolate, and very sweet coffee, with no florals, making it very gourmand. Ideal for autumn and winter; being softer, it can be worn during the day. On my clothes, it lasts more than a full day.
It reminds me of a woman drinking coffee on a rainy day. It’s sweet, very soft, the coffee note is noticeable, and it lasts a few hours. It lingers on the pillow and clothes for a long time. It’s perfect for women over 30. It doesn’t smell fruity and stands out from other sweet scents thanks to that coffee note. It’s for autumn; I’d buy it again and recommend it.
Sweet but not overwhelming; it reminds me of Scandal by Night or Black Opium. The opening is strong but settles down within twenty minutes. The fragrance is very well crafted and the price is spot on. Scent 8/10, trail 6/10, and longevity 8/10. I’ll reserve this for special occasions in autumn and winter.
I love its opening. On my skin, it’s an intense blend of pear, coffee, and vanilla. By the end, only the coffee with a touch of sweetness remains; I don’t detect any florals. The only downside is that it doesn’t last long: the trail lasts about 30 minutes, then skin scent for an hour and that’s it. I’m looking for a dupe with more body than this.
What a delight this scent is. At first, I thought the coffee note would scare me off, but it turns out to be incredibly delicate. It doesn’t smell like filter coffee; rather, it’s reminiscent of the lingering sweetness of a tiramisu. It’s sweet without being cloying, nothing synthetic or overpowering. I love it because it doesn’t smell like anything else in my collection; in this era of repetitive scents, this is pure gold. I bought it with doubts and ended up adoring it. I’ve already looked at the new Balade à Paris Promenade Montmartre with citrus notes, which isn’t on Fragantica yet, but if it comes out, I’ll be first in line. Citrus and this brand are a perfect match!
My first review on Fragrantica and this perfume deserves it – a real discovery! I bought it fearing the coffee note, but I loved it. It’s very different from others, sweet and special. It’s a gourmand, nothing cloying, without a huge sillage, more intimate. It lasts quite a while on the skin. The scent is pleasant and comforting with unbeatable value. I want it fixed in my collection. Scent: 8/10, Sillage: 5/10, Longevity: 8/10, Price: very economical. Season: autumn-winter. Age: +30 or specific occasions.
Coffee, nothing more. The coffee is the star, sweet but not cloying, elegant, and with impressive longevity for the price. I’m 22 and wear it; people have complimented it many times. Ideal for autumn and winter and cooler climates.
Coffee, that’s what I can say: it’s the star. It’s sweet but not cloying, quite elegant and good longevity for the price. I’m 22 and have received many compliments. Ideal for autumn/winter and cooler climates.
A feminine perfume, nothing cloying, half-elegant but also suitable for casual outings. On me, I sense a slight coffee aroma; the floral notes stand out, and in the dry-down it becomes sweet and delicate. It’s excellent value for money and the bottle is pretty.
It’s feminine, not cloying, and elegant, yet also suitable for casual outings. On me, I detect a hint of coffee, the florals stand out, and as it dries down, it leaves a delicate sweetness. Excellent value for money and the bottle is beautiful.
I bought it blindly based on its notes and it didn’t disappoint. Smelling it reminded me of YSL Black Opium, which is my favourite. I loved it considering the price. It’s not 100% YSL but very similar: coffee, roses and vanilla. If you’re looking to gift it, you’ll be great, and if you like Black Opium, go for this.
It’s truly addictive, but it doesn’t last more than two hours on me.
A sweet and gentle perfume. Unfortunately, it doesn’t last long and needs reapplying several times. I wouldn’t buy it again.
A very nice perfume, ticks all three B’s. It doesn’t last long, but it’s not cloying and can be easily replicated.
Just like Black Opium, except for quality and longevity. It’s a better imitation than other inspirations I’ve tried; the coffee note is soft and nicely sweet.
Not mine, it belongs to my sister. It’s a sweet scent; smelling it, I thought: ‘it smells like chocolate truffles with liqueur’, thanks to the coffee in its notes. It’s pleasant, something I wouldn’t wear myself, but definitely not bad. It’s a mature, sweet scent, ideal for the evening.
It’s one of my favourite perfumes: it ticks all three B’s – good, beautiful and cheap. I’ve been complimented several times. It’s feminine and sweet, without being too dessert-like; better suited for evening wear. Although it doesn’t last long on the skin, people say it smells lovely once you walk into a room. If you like Black Opium, buy this.
