This fragrance is my weapon of choice. Since the pandemic and all that lockdown, I stopped wearing strong perfumes and switched to body mists. I’ve learned to use them as a base for my perfumes, accentuating or softening certain notes. This amber and vanilla mist pairs perfectly with my white florals, adding a soft, fresh sweetness. It retains the DNA of the original but swaps the intense cashmere for a very sweet amber. I wouldn’t wear it on its own because the amber-vanilla combo feels a bit ‘plastic’ to me, like sweet wax, but for layering, it’s a total recommendation.
