  I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews for this perfume. As a fan of plum, blackcurrant, jasmine, vanilla, amber and musk, I bought it blind. It turns out to be very tropical, but on my skin only a hint of jasmine stands out, while the tiare flower takes the lead throughout the scent. I detect a touch of vanilla at the end, with very subtle amber and musk, and frankly, I don’t notice the top notes of plum, blackcurrant, mandarin or lily of the valley, which disappointed me a little. However, given that I own several high-quality perfumes with tropical notes in my collection, I must say this one is well-made and is now one of my favourites thanks to the tiare flower. I recommend it because it’s neither common nor mass-produced; the Bijan brand is synonymous with luxury and quality. If you like tropical perfumes that don’t smell like synthetic suntan lotion or artificial coconut, this is the one for you, as it smells of natural ingredients. I wear it in spring and summer because when I apply it, you literally feel waves, sand, the pool and the beach; it screams holidays. As for trail, projection and longevity, the first two hours are at full strength, but then it drops to skin-level, lasting around four hours in total, which I’m not too fond of, but for the occasions when I wear it, it doesn’t need to last that long.
