Turkish rose and hookah lead the opening, followed by blackcurrant, rose oil and myrrh, over tonka bean, Bourbon vanilla and patchouli.
At first, Turkish rose takes centre stage, velvety and faintly spiced, softened by the sugared smoke of the hookah accord. It feels enveloping rather than sharp.
The heart introduces blackcurrant with a juicy, slightly tart brightness. Alongside rose oil, it freshens the flower, while myrrh lends a mellow, balsamic richness.
The drydown favours tonka bean and Bourbon vanilla, creamy and sweet, grounded by patchouli. That earthy, woody note gives definition to the vanilla warmth.
The character is vanillic, ambery and gently spiced, with rose to the fore and fruity, woody, sweet and aromatic nuances. A full, after-dark floral with a resinous trail.
For those who enjoy rich roses, dark vanilla and tonka balanced by patchouli, and unisex oriental florals with a cosy evening feel.
