  Strangers Parfumerie has some very original things, although this fragrance is almost the exception. To be honest, it reminded me a lot of Marley’s Herod: sweet and delicious tobacco with nuts, resinous touches, liquorish notes, and a bitterness that isn’t fresh, but does make the blend lighter despite its opulence. Brutal quality, lasts a long time, and in my opinion, is one of the best in the brand. If I didn’t have Herod, I’d buy it without hesitation, but with both I’d feel redundant. Rating: 9/10

  Top olfactory experience, true to the house style. It’s not just a perfume; it’s a story. It evokes exactly what the bottle says: Cigar Rum. It has plenty of life and evolves, but what sticks with me is that lead note: potent tobacco, a sweet rum base, woods, and that warmth of a night in a coat. It transports me to a late night long ago playing poker with friends, smoking and drinking. Still, it feels warm and controlled, without going overboard. I love it. There are more details, but that image is the key. Pure enjoyment for cold days, not very versatile, but I’m so glad I tried it.
