An exquisite beauty: crisp, refined lavender blended with ripe melon, aromatic pineapple, and a spiced woody touch. I’m puzzled why it’s compared to 24HR Majestic Gold or Armani Stronger With You, as I own and have worn both; they’re very different. Perhaps they share three notes, but the blend is entirely different. On my skin, it smells distinct; I’ll test it on hot days. It’s like smelling clean laundry, ironed sheets with a spiced woody hint. It could be the crisp, summery, aquatic version of Armani to wear with a white shirt, though it’s very different from those two sweeter, spicier winter versions. Here, the lavender is masterful and clean, reminding me of Y Elixir by Yves Saint Laurent. Then come the woody notes, pineapple, melon, cardamom, and sage, with a shy vanilla. It lasts nine hours on skin and projects for 1.5 hours with five sprays, so it’s very long-lasting despite having volatile ingredients.
