  I bought this in 2011 while travelling in France; they told me that Diamant was more unisex among the women’s perfumes, so I did not hesitate to buy my first Parfum. Today, in 2022, I still have it and have barely used it due to its sentimental value, but incredibly, it still retains its essence. I do not remember if it smelled the same eleven years ago, but I notice the evolution of the notes: the opening is now more mandarin than orange, while the heart of rose and jasmine dominates, perhaps due to the passage of time. Over time, the caramel with vanilla, patchouli, and a touch of musk appear. It is a night fragrance with great longevity (7-8 hours on my skin) and projection beyond arm’s length. At first, it may seem more feminine, but once it settles, it is a pleasant sweet and floral scent, not cloying, just as they indicated, unisex.

  In 2011, while travelling in France, they recommended this Diamant as unisex and it was my first purchase of a Parfum. As of today, in 2022, I have it intact for sentimental value and, although I have barely used it, it still smells incredible. I do not remember how it smelled eleven years ago, but the evolution is noticeable: the opening is no longer so citrusy with orange, but rather mandarin. What stands out most is the heart of rose and jasmine, which now dominates over the opening. Over time, that caramel with vanilla scent appears, along with the patchouli and a touch of musk. It is an ideal fragrance for the night with a duration of 7 to 8 hours on my skin and projection beyond arm’s reach. At first, it may seem more feminine, but once it settles, it is a pleasant sweet and floral scent, not cloying, just as they told me it was unisex.

  My wife brought it back from France, a gift I keep because it is a small and expensive bottle. Upon leaving, it smells strong of pepper, but once it dries down, it is a bomb of mandarin, jasmine, and plum. It is very potent, projecting for 3 hours and lasting on skin between 8 and 10 hours, even on clothes. It is a heavy and captivating fragrance, not for all men, but if you dare, the difference is enormous.

  My wife gifted me this at a physical store in France, where they told me it was unisex. Given the small bottle size and high cost, I continue to use it. It is a potent fragrance; upon leaving the house, it smells strong due to that pepper note, but once it dries down, it smells incredible with mandarin, jasmine, plum, and that characteristic spice. It is captivating, although not all gentlemen dare to wear it, but it can make a real difference. It projects enormously: 3 hours of trail, 8 to 10 hours on skin and clothes until washed. As it is so intense, I use it sparingly, but it was a wonderful gift that I cherish.
