  1. Another Miyaz gem, indie quality at an indie price. It opens strong with a fleshy white flower (jasmine), thanks to the base. It doesn’t saturate like the neroli; it has presence but remains wearable. Paired with top-tier cocoa powder and an oud that doesn’t overcomplicate things. As the flower fades, the cocoa and oud take control. Simply excellent. Smells like bitter, tense tobacco; although dark, it has an easy sweetness to grab. It doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it executes well. Unisex, low versatility, lives on the skin with just enough projection. Only for cold days or nights. The price seems excessive to me; I wouldn’t buy it, but it smells very good.

Another one of those called ‘tobacco’ where tobacco isn’t the first thing you smell. What does stand out is a floral opening with a warm heart and an oud base. It seems to carry creamy cocoa (not earthy), perhaps due to the amber. There could even be an animalic note, like ambergris, darkening the tone. It smells interesting, but it’s not easy; you need personality to wear it. It can be elegant and seductive, almost gothic. Performance in 2025 is as expected for natural ingredients: it doesn’t stand out, but it’s not among the worst.
