True to its name, it is built around animalic notes: ambergris, castoreum, deer musk, civet, honey, rose, geranium, benzoin, moss, oud and fruity accents.
Ghaliya Animalia unfolds as an intense, close-worn extrait rather than a conventional three-part composition. The dominant impression is musky, ambered and softly animalic, with a resinous texture that changes over hours.
Castoreum, deer musk and civet provide the raw core. They are met by honey and benzoin, which add balm-like sweetness, and by rose and geranium, which lift the composition with floral freshness. Fruity accents give an unexpected sparkle.
The oud sits deep in the base, wrapped in moss and amber. It never feels harsh; instead, the blend leans leathery, honeyed and slightly spicy, with a velvety finish.
This is a perfume for slow appreciation, best applied sparingly from the bottle. It projects confidently and lasts well, as expected from an attar-style creation.
