After buying Zimaya Wujood (a clone of RM5), I thought Ghyoom would be just as good. And it is. I don’t like aquatic scents and would never buy Acqua di Gio, but this Arabian has captivated me. It’s a metallic aquatic citrus that doesn’t leave you indifferent. Excellent performance and a ridiculous price. I don’t know Megamare, but with this dupe, I see no need. I also own Turhati Blue, which is more refined and costs double (over 40,000 CLP). Both are highly recommended.
Opens with K, dries down to Megamare. Nine hours without any issues.
Surprisingly fresh, soapy and juicy. It’s very rounded and balanced, with nothing standing out over the rest. I sense a creamy side to it, so it’s not ideal for extreme heat, but on a cool summer evening it’ll be a magnet for compliments. I recognise the DNA of Dolce&Gabbana’s K. The longevity was a bit weak at first (I didn’t apply it to my neck due to olfactory fatigue), but a week later, after several applications, it improved significantly. It’s 100% perfect for spring–summer. They say it dries down like Megamare, though I haven’t tried that one; this smells linear and without any oddities. Great price and I like it quite a bit.
Lots of K, lots of lavender, and not much else. It wasn’t my best purchase, but given the price, it’s not a big deal. It’s not a bad perfume, but do try before you buy.
The opening is a bit generic, but once it dries down it becomes incredible: juniper and lavender at first, then orange and woods with a rich, beautiful dry-down. Unbeatable value for money; I’m absolutely blown away by Zimaya. The bottle and scent denote good quality; this Arabian house has truly caught my attention.
Not for everyone, but I absolutely love it: opens super fresh with blood orange and berries, then after 5–10 minutes lavender and saffron take over, closing with that chic sticky base of moss, sandalwood and vetiver that reminds me of the old Invictus. Lasts 6–8 hours on skin and over 24 on clothes; I’ve had it since May 2025, it’s well macerated, and in November’s chill (18–24°C) it smells exquisite. I wouldn’t recommend it blindly: head to a shop, smell D&G K EDP and Light Blue Intense separately, and you’ll find them all combined here. Perhaps it won’t drop below 9 degrees, but I’ll keep testing.
