Smells good, accessible price…
Very good projection, exquisite aroma, and similar to Cool Water at first. The drawback is that it doesn’t last on the skin, only about four hours and close to the skin, but it needs to be seen in context with its price. A fresh fragrance. Typical of Oriflame: good scents but very poor longevity.
It’s a catalogue clone of Davidoff Cool Water. Fresh, citrusy, and mentholated with a hint of pepper (no pineapple or watermelon), followed by herbs with very intense rosemary that drowns out the slight lavender (blackcurrants are out of the question), finishing with some vetiver. It’s not bad, but the price difference between the original and the clone is so small that it’s not worth buying.
My girlfriend of the moment gifted it to me, but it’s blatantly a Cool Water clone that lasts less than an hour…
A delicious, fresh, citrusy, and marine fragrance—a catalogue dupe of Cool Water that doesn’t last more than an hour and a half, but its price explains why. It’s totally worth it and I recommend it for young people aged 10 to 20 🙂
Something strange is happening with this fragrance. I’ve used Cool Water since the 90s, and now with a recent batch, GLACIER reminds me more of the scent I loved back then than the current Cool Water. It’s ridiculous how much CW costs now; it would be absurd to buy GLACIER if they are almost the same price.
I own it and it smells fantastic, giving a distinct cool sensation with excellent value for money. The downside is longevity; it lasts a maximum of three hours despite heavy application before fading. I’d rate it 6.5 out of 10.
