Saffron and nutmeg open the composition, violet and Akigalawood form the heart, and oakmoss, musk and amber shape the drydown.
Saffron and nutmeg set a warm-spicy, fresh-spicy tone from the start. The saffron feels dry and rounded, the nutmeg lighter and more lifted.
Violet then softens the middle. Its powdery facet calms the spice and prepares the shift towards wood, without turning overtly floral.
That wood is Akigalawood: crisp, dry and faintly earthy. It gives Glamour EDP its contemporary edge and keeps the heart from feeling too smooth.
