I absolutely love it! I’m so happy! I’ve finally managed to get DW again; they were all sold out on the websites I searched, but there’s stock available today. I’ve ordered another bottle of this wonder. At least for me, it is; perhaps not so much for others. It’s a captivating, sweet, enveloping, warm and creamy scent, very different from many sweet fragrances. It’s sensual without being bold, yet attractive enough not to go unnoticed. The bottle is gorgeous! Feminine, in purple with two interlocking hearts in shiny gold and a beautiful cap. If you’re like me, someone who enjoys sweet and unique scents, I think you’ll love Happy Spirit By Chopard.
I’m not sure what to make of it; it’s like an eternal battle: I like it and I don’t like it. I reject it and immediately find myself drawn to it. It’s that confusing love-hate struggle that drives me mad for it. I think I love it… but I can’t live without it.
I don’t know much about it; it’s like an eternal battle: I like it and I don’t like it. I reject it, and immediately I’m drawn to it. It’s that confusing love-hate struggle that drives me mad for her. I love her, I think… but I can’t live without her.
It’s a perfume of lights and shadows that depends entirely on your skin. At first, it smells of wet earth and grass, slightly sour and odd, before turning spicy and sweet, highlighting that mouldy orange, sun-baked honey, and pepper. It’s not very harmonious in that phase, quite heavy and unnatural. I expected a jasmine-and-sticky-honey bomb, a classic oriental like Mugler, but I found something strange that blends oriental and green notes without contradiction. The result is a muted, synthetic, green, and woody scent, as if someone had left heavy shoes without socks on in the summer. The dry-down is slightly acidic and disconcerting; I almost wonder if something was left in the fridge. When it fades, it smells better, but I’m not sure if it’s relief that it no longer smells so bad. I see no similarity with other reviews; there are other ways to make a good fragrance. Warning for sensitive noses: it doesn’t smell good. Perhaps the sample is faulty, because otherwise, it’s one of the worst perfumes I’ve tried in years.
