Honey and opoponax open the fragrance on a honeyed, balsamic chord. A sole heart note of cinnamon warms the centre before an iris base settles into something soft and talc-like.
At first, golden honey sets a rounded, sweet tone. Opoponax draws it towards amber resin, balsamic and gently woody rather than sharp.
Cinnamon then takes over the middle. On its own, it tightens the structure around spice and underlines the oriental spicy identity without breaking the sweetness.
Iris forms the entire base. Powdery and smooth, it blurs the edges of honey and cinnamon and lends a clean, elegant finish.
