About House of Arthur
House of Arthur: A Meditative Woody Incense from Bibbi Paris
House of Arthur by Bibbi Paris is a woody fragrance for women and men. Launched in 2026, it is a new creation centred on dry timbers and dark resins.
Its development is calm and reflective, moving from a crisp woody opening through earthy depths towards a balsamic, faintly smoky close.
Palo santo and cedar shape the opening. The former offers a dry, softly creamy wood note, the latter a straight, refined framework.
The heart brings together cypriol — known as nagarmota — and patchouli. Here the composition grows darker and more root-like, with dry earth lending weight and character.
Incense and labdanum form the base. Incense provides a hushed, ceremonial wisp of smoke, while labdanum supplies amber-like, balsamic warmth with no overt sweetness.
Taken together, the scent feels woody, amber and balsamic, edged with earthy, warm-spiced and smoky touches. Patchouli links the arid introduction to the resinous dry-down.
With its unisex character, the fragrance keeps ornament to a minimum, letting the grain of wood and resin speak in a quiet, collected manner.
It will suit those who favour dry, earthy and resinous woods, led by patchouli and incense with balsamic amber, and who prefer a composed unisex wear with ritual charm.
House of Arthur offers a contemporary reading of sacred woodland: palo santo, cedar, cypriol, patchouli, incense and labdanum held in measured harmony. A poised and enveloping addition to 2026.
