Picked this up on offer and based on the good reviews. At first, it gave me a strange scent, like oxidised jasmine, but with continued use, I noticed it changes: the dry down is citrus with white flowers, though it just doesn’t have the quality I expected. It’s the same with Dulce Aroma; there’s a note that doesn’t suit my skin, which is what takes away from it entirely. Ideal for daytime wear, especially in summer. I tested it against Jadore and, due to that strange note I can’t quite identify, I don’t see them as similar.
Bought it blindly thinking it would be like Jadore, but the truth is I can’t remember now, perhaps if I hadn’t read this beforehand. It doesn’t smell sophisticated at all, nor does it smell bad, and for everyday wear it’s not bad, although it lasts a maximum of two hours. Of the notes, I only detect white flowers and amber, because afterwards the dry down is clearly passion fruit and peach that gives way to the flowers. Would I recommend it? Only if you’re looking for something cheap for daytime that’s fruity but not sweet.
I don’t know if it’s my pH or what, but I simply don’t like it; in the dry down, I get a smell of cat pee. Once it dries, that scent disappears and it’s left with something resembling Dior’s J’adore, but not much, as it presents a subtle liquor note. Since J’adore doesn’t suit me at all, this one which is similar to it and on top of that has that cat pee smell in the dry down is even less appealing. Clearly, I will never buy it again.
