It pairs an aromatic herbal opening with a talc-soft centre and a spare, dark foundation of ink and amber.
At the top are incense, lavender and clary sage. The lavender feels tidy and aromatic, the clary sage lends green herbal lift, and the incense keeps the smoke sheer rather than heavy.
The middle turns powdery with orris root alongside ambrette musk and vanilla. The orris brings the classic iris softness, the musk refines the blend, and the vanilla smooths the edges.
