  1. I agree with Tessia; this is a gourmand to the max. I didn’t notice the hay at first, though I might pick it up later. The opening of Lann-Ael was delightful: the wheat smells like sweet cereal with milk, or New Jersey-style popcorn. The apple gives it that ‘perfumey’ touch that saves it from smelling like food, and over time, it reminds me of a waffle cone with a giant scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. The base is slightly powdery and the mid-notes creamy, with little projection or sillage. It’s comforting and warm, sounding like one of my own perfumes, though I still can’t identify which one.

  3. It smells like a bakery on a Sunday morning, as if it were liquid cookie. Ideal for winter because it gets cloying in the heat.
