This fragrance caught me off guard; it’s unisex, though I lean towards seeing it as more masculine or neutral. It opens herbal and woody, then the light lavender emerges, drying down to vetiver, cedar, and hints of lavender. I layered it over a super-sweet perfume to cut the sweetness, and the balance was spot on. It’s been nearly eight hours and the sweetness has vanished from my skin, yet Eau de Bois remains steadfast, with that comforting skin-scent vibe. Even the deepest perfumes don’t last this long… a delightful surprise. Recommended for spring, summer, or sunny mornings, although I wore it this afternoon in the cold night.
