It opens with sharp, juicy citrus, unfolds into a sheer floral heart with a watery character, and closes on creamy musk, light woods and gentle sweetness.
Bergamot and lime shape the opening. The effect is mouth-watering and green, recalling freshly grated zest and bringing a tidy, luminous freshness.
At the centre, jasmine and lily of the valley meet lotus flower and yellow water lily. The bouquet feels silky and slightly soapy, with white petals softened by a calm aquatic veil.
Underneath, musk and sandalwood join tonka bean and vanilla. This foundation takes the edge off the initial acidity and leaves a powdery, creamy trail.
In terms of character, expect floral, citrus and white floral notes at the fore, with fresh, watery, aromatic and musky nuances around them. Powdery, vanilla-like and woody hints lend a cosy, well-blended base.
The development is easy to follow: fizzing citrus, then translucent blossoms, then mellow warmth. It is very much a daytime composition suited to spring and summer.
