Oh my god, it smells so good. I went to the shopping centre to try countless perfumes and none pleased me as much as this one for just $25; it’s incredible. But the longevity leaves much to be desired, although for me it’s sufficient.

I used this as my signature scent years ago and now it brings back nostalgia. It smells very similar to Gucci Guilty; it’s masculine and valid for everyday wear or special occasions. It’s a great fragrance, but the pity is that the performance is terrible: it lasts very little and the projection is almost non-existent.

It smells spring-like, clean due to the lemon and classic due to the neroli. It seems like a dupe of Gucci Guilty, but clearly more diluted and less intense. It’s a classic blue fragrance, easy to wear, though weak in longevity and projection. For under $25, it’s worth it. It smells a bit of talcum soap, with a semi-sweet woody base and an almost imperceptible touch of wild pepper. For demanding noses, it might sound synthetic, but it’s not alarming. It’s ideal for the office or enclosed spaces. For me, it’s 2/4: it lasts 4 hours and trails for about an hour, then fades to skin scent. Recommended if you like casual blues, not intense ones. I like it for the price, although there are better options.

After several months with this fragrance, it should be ultra-macerated, but I want to share my opinion. We all know Zara makes dupes, but what happens when they make something so identical it’s hard to distinguish? We encounter Zara Man Silver, a 1:1 with Gucci Guilty EDT Silver. Honestly, I don’t notice any difference in notes or performance, so it’s absurd to pay Gucci’s price when this option exists. It’s citrusy with floral touches, lavender, and woods in the base; it smells clean, like just out of the shower. I categorise it as blue because it’s very versatile and the scent is rich and masculine, but the longevity is a sigh. It lasts a maximum of 3 hours on skin, struggling to reach 4. The projection is low; it stays close to the skin; you only notice it if you just applied it and someone walks past. It’s not beastly nor does it fill rooms; it’s more for personal enjoyment. The trail is light, almost non-existent; it creates a personal bubble but leaves no marks, perhaps 30-50 cm in the first half hour. It does bring compliments, but very few and only at the beginning. It’s a scent I enjoy, but the longevity prevents me from using it as a daily signature; you’re forced to reapply every 2-3 hours and that’s not something I love. I recommend it for university, the office, or casual outings, especially with a linen shirt in the heat. Not for dates or formal events. In conclusion, it’s a clone of Gucci from head to toe. If you’re a frequent Gucci buyer, I don’t recommend paying the $150; better the $25 for the Zara Man Silver and Blue Spirit pack. You get similar performance and longevity. Of course, there is a difference in note quality, but it doesn’t justify Gucci’s price.

It smells crisp, ideal for daily use. Unfortunately, it has been reformulated and now lasts less. Nevertheless, the scent isn’t bad. Although it feels a bit synthetic, it’s one of those typical signature perfumes that result in being pleasant once they settle on the skin. I compared this old version with the new one, and although I didn’t notice a difference at the start, I did in the dry down. The old version highlights the white flowers more as it dries, giving it a classic touch. The new one is a bit more citrusy and synthetic. Nowadays I don’t recommend it; the reformulated version isn’t worth it.

Call me crazy, but this is one of the few Zara perfumes I’ve loved for its scent. It lasts about 3 hours and longer on clothes. It has a good trail but not heavy. It’s perfect for everyday use or perhaps for summer. It should be noted that you must reapply it every 3 hours.

Talking about Zara fragrances is basically talking about synthetic perfumes with poor longevity; this is no exception. It lasts 3-4 hours on skin, although I let it macerate for about 2 months. The trail lasts 30-45 minutes. It’s artificial, yes, but very rich. It has a strong lime opening that lasts a few minutes before giving way to the heart. At the end, a faint sandalwood aroma rather than cedar. It’s a perfume for quick activities: going to the pantry, making a payment, or taking it to the gym. It denotes neatness and freshness after a bath. Yes, apply about 16 sprays to get the most out of it; after all, the spray range won’t use up your fragrance quickly.

A fresh and clean scent, ideal for taking daily. You have to apply quite a few sprays because the performance in this type of fragrance is what it is. Very pleasant to wear out at a great price. It’s true that it reminds one of Gucci Guilty, although in this case it’s a rather simpler formulation. You can’t ask for more.

Bluzz
Addicted to the opening of this fragrance (which is practically all it lasts). A super rich lemon (so rich it’s even artificial, even metallic), with a clear white floral base. It’s my second 100ml bottle and one 30ml. It projects and lasts very little, even for Zara, but I like it so much that I consider I will always have one. They categorise it as summer, which is true, but it can be used all year (although if you buy the pack it’s easy to divide Silver for heat and Gold for cold). I wouldn’t use it for outings at all as it won’t be felt; totally for personal enjoyment.

joaquinn
A clean fragrance for daily use, simple and reminiscent of someone neat. As a positive, unlike Invictus and its flankers or most current perfumes, there is more room for floral notes than citrus (bergamot and pepper are everywhere), being better balanced. It’s not something sweet that annoys nor so “masculine”. The cleanliness it achieves isn’t soapy or talcum-heavy to the point of being heavy in warm weather or giving an impression of being old. I see it specifically for going to the office, informal but tidy and simple. Don’t expect projection or longevity; it’s worth it if you like it and it performs a bit on your skin.

Bought the pack with the Gold two days ago, and while everyone praises the Gold, for me the star is the Silver. It’s a delight: a light citrus opening that evolves into a sweet touch, lasting all day with a woody dry-down while maintaining that citrus-sweet blend. It’s exquisite, very wearable, and versatile for any occasion. A total success to try this pack.

It’s a good fragrance with good longevity and sillage, although sometimes it can become a bit overwhelming. Perhaps the best option is to wear it in open or well-ventilated areas.

Hombre_Perfumado
Starts super citrusy, warm, and spicy. An explosive, sparkling lemon refreshes everything, accompanied by lavender and pepper that create a strong spicy accord. At the end, the lemon continues to sting gently with the spicy touch fading in intensity, while neroli and orange blossom appear, giving a velvety sensation. The flowers dominate until almost the end, when cedar and sandalwood enter, closing with a very masculine woody finish. Ideal for warm or temperate climates, versatile and comfortable for any day.
-
Seba4279
It’s pleasant and linear, citrusy and fresh. But with just 7 sprays, it’s barely noticeable; you only smell it on yourself.
-
Erik Obiol
It happens with almost all Zara fragrances: a delicious scent that fades very quickly.
-

Unlike others, this Silver lasts quite a bit for me, especially at night if the temperature isn’t above 22 degrees. It’s very similar to Polo Red, it’s cheaper, and in my case, it has better longevity.
-
Sofisticado
For the price, you can’t ask for more. It’s the go-to scent for daily chores: grabbing bread, taking out the rubbish, or going for a walk. Citrusy, fresh and friendly, ideal for spring and summer. It smells very much like Gucci Guilty.
-
Sofisticado
For the price it has, you can’t ask for more. It’s a daily battle-winner for secondary things like going for bread, taking out the rubbish, or for a walk. It’s citrusy, fresh, and kind for spring and summer. Its resemblance to Gucci Guilty is very noticeable.

This Silver and the Gold were the ones that started my journey into the world of perfumes. I never liked the Gold, but I loved the Silver. I didn’t know it was so similar to Gucci Guilty, but its scent fell in love with me; I wore it on a date and my partner fell in love with the smell. It began my love-hate relationship with Zara (because they have good fragrances and others that aren’t). It doesn’t have great projection or longevity, but for the price, I’d apply 10-15 sprays and it lasted 2-3 hours on dates. I used it in the cold, but I see it as perfect for heat too. Unfortunately, they reformulated it, and today it’s not even worth buying as a gift.

Oh Zara! You have some marble and some sand. I was going to review the Gold, but everyone has already said how sublime that jewel is, so I came for the Silver. Is it good? Yes. It’s fresh, summery, and the name fits because I detect a metallic or ferric aroma. I like it because, being summery, it’s not frivolous but tries to serve formal occasions thanks to the bitter orange flower. But there my praise dies. I feel the designers took a risk but weren’t given the chance; the fragrance feels incomplete and it pains me because the salinity is very good and the care in replicating Guilty at a low price is noticeable. That synthetic cedar at the end and the total lack of sandalwood scent, which could have been a different and pleasant experience, ruined the Silver. It’s an average fragrance that doesn’t cast a shadow on its sister GOLD.

Zara Man Silver was my star scent last summer; I used it all the time because you just can’t help but reach for it instinctively. Lavender and lemon come out, which you enjoy immensely, followed by white flowers that give it that cheerful, sparkling touch perfect for the heat. The lemon becomes slightly sweet over time without going overboard, leaving a softer aroma. It’s very pleasant, giving off that relaxed vibe that fits perfectly with warm seasons. The longevity isn’t its strong point, lasting about three hours, but for 12€ in a pack with another perfume, you can’t ask for more. It’s an unashamed clone of Gucci Guilty Pour Homme, of course, it doesn’t reach the same league as the original, but it’s very well done in terms of quality and price. A great buy if you’re looking for something floral and fresh for any occasion (spring and summer), cheap and appealing to everyone; in fact, it’s brought me countless compliments. Zara Man Silver was my perfume of last summer; I used it a lot because it’s one of those that go instinctively. It has a lavender and lemon opening that I enjoy tremendously. White flowers appear soon, which, together with the opening, give it that cheerful and sparkling character ideal for summer. The lemon becomes slightly sweet over time, without going too far, but stops being purely citrusy to become a bit sweeter. It’s very pleasant, giving that relaxed vibe that fits perfectly with warm seasons. Longevity isn’t the best, lasting about 3 hours, but for £12 in a pack with another perfume, you can’t ask for more. It’s a shameless clone of Gucci Guilty Pour Homme; it doesn’t reach the same league as the original, but it’s very well achieved in quality-price ratio. A very good purchase if you want something floral/fresh for any occasion (spring-summer), cheap, and liked by everyone; it’s more than enough for compliments, it’s one of the ones that has given me the most praise. Bought this for my husband along with the Gold. He doesn’t say much, but it’s rich, sporty and very fresh. I’d give it a 5 for sportiness. However, it feels very generic; the Man Gold from Zara is something else entirely. The Gold was a discovery, smelling just like Armani XS Black or very similar to DG Light Blue, which is definitely worth dying for. The Silver is fine if you’re looking for something super chill, but you have to apply a lot of it to make it noticeable. It’s a summer scent.

typpeorange835
As for the scent, I really like it. For the price, it hardly feels synthetic; it’s quite fresh, citrusy with that hint of lavender, and pepper on the base. The problem? Like most of Zara’s offerings, it doesn’t last more than an hour and a half or two, a real shame.

First impression after spraying: citrus, fresh but with a moderate seriousness. The orange blossom notes are subtle but intensify over time. After a few minutes, the pepper and small lavender notes persist. On clean skin, you notice the citrus acidity accompanied by the cleanliness of lavender; upon exhaling and inhaling again, the cedar becomes extremely prominent. I wore it in November, on a hot afternoon that turned a bit chilly, and it didn’t do anything wrong.
-
AlejandroArreguin
At first, it smells citrusy and fresh, but with a moderate seriousness. The orange blossom is subtle at the start and then intensifies. After a few minutes, the pepper and a touch of lavender remain. The clean sensation mixes with the citrus acidity and lavender; when you breathe in again, the cedar takes over. I wore it in November on a hot afternoon that cooled down, and it worked perfectly.

I’ll be quite objective. At first, I like it (feeling it from the sprayer), but on my skin, once it dries, it becomes very stuck and metallic, losing that initial sensation. The dry-down reminds me a lot of Polo Red (I’d almost say 90%). Although it’s not my style, it didn’t convince me. I perceive it as a strong cologne, like Natura. It has nothing special, it’s pleasant but becomes overwhelming in the long run. The dry-down is a bit acidic but then turns sweeter. That stuck, metallic note appears half an hour into the dry-down and intensifies. Wish it felt like the beginning always. What does last a long time. I bought it because it came with Man Gold, which is definitely worth it for its great similarity to Black XS (though synthetic). Scent: 6/10, Longevity: 7/10, Projection: 6/10, Sillage: 5/10, Value for money: 8/10, Blind buy: 5/10, Season: spring.

I bought this fragrance; I was actually after the Zara Gold which is similar to Black XS, they came in a combo and were cheaper. It’s true it’s similar to Gucci Guilty, the scent is very good, it’s fresh, citrusy and has a touch I don’t know how to describe, could be metallic, but generally it smells very good. The weak point is that it doesn’t last at all; literally I feel it projects for 30 to 40 minutes and then disappears completely, sillage too low.

Rx
Very similar fragrance to Gucci Guilty but I perceive it as slightly fresher, I don’t know if because it’s more intense on the citrus side, the floral or both, but this characteristic makes it very suitable for spring weather (in fact, it reminds me a lot of this season) and also for summer, although it doesn’t go wrong during the rest of the year. As a daytime scent, I see it as very versatile. Longevity on my skin has been very good, easily surpassing 4 hours and much more on clothes without needing to overapply. Projection is moderate but makes itself felt despite being fresh and nothing heavy. Overall it’s a scent I love and I can’t value it objectively because it brings me very good memories, plus at a ridiculous price (I got it in a pack with Zara Uomo for 12.95€), so little more can be asked.

It smells very similar to Gucci Guilty, but fresher, perhaps due to being more intense in citrus and florals. It’s perfect for spring and summer, though it also works well the rest of the year as a daytime scent. The longevity on my skin has been excellent, surpassing four hours and lasting longer on clothes without needing to apply much. The bottle I used was black (from 2017), different from the current transparent one, hoping they haven’t changed it. The projection is moderate but noticeable, without being heavy. I love it and it brings back good memories, plus it’s incredibly cheap (I got it in a pack with Zara Uomo for 12.95€). Little more could be asked for.

No more, no less, it smells VERY GOOD, clean, without high pretensions. Daily fragrance, very normal, comfortable. It’s a Gucci Guilty cologne.

I have about seven or eight Zara colognes, I like almost all of them and some I love. I bought this almost blindly and it has totally disappointed me. It smells strong and synthetic, more like other cheap colognes that aren’t from Zara. I’ve tried it several times but there’s no way, I’d almost say it’s the only one that results in an unpleasant scent on my skin. I bought it in a pack with Man Uomo, which I don’t like much either, but at least it’s tolerable. For me, it’s well below the rest of Zara.

I have 7 or 8 Zara colognes, I like almost all of them and some I love. I bought this almost blind and it completely disappointed me. A strong scent, synthetic, more suited to other types of cheap colognes distinct from Zara’s. I’ve tried it several times, but there’s no way, I’d almost say it’s the only one that results in being unpleasant on my skin. I bought it in the pack with Man Uomo, which I don’t like too much either, but at least it’s tolerable without problem. For me, far inferior to the Zara average.

Fernando Acuña
Today I used this fragrance again and after two hours it has a Creed Aventus resemblance well stuck to the skin; that metallic or ash touch is felt in the background, exactly like Creed Aventus. I hope this helps, but the opening is very, very citrusy from the Man Silver. The first 15 minutes are spectacularly citrusy.
-
Fernando Acuña
It has something of Acqua Di Gio but doesn’t last at all, two hours and it’s dead. To use in summer and have to reapply every two hours… very citrusy. For the price, it’s really good to use every day. It doesn’t bother anyone, no one will tell you how rich the perfume is because its sillage is null, it projects nothing, you only feel it yourself.
-
Juanpasiones
Zara Man Silver smells absolutely fantastic. It’s like they mixed Acqua di Gio with Gucci Guilty: that lavender and lemon combo that everyone praises in the Gucci shines here, pure and crystal clear, but wrapped in a soft marine air, nothing stinging or metallic like sometimes happens to the original. It’s super relaxed, casual, almost sporty. Ideal for going out with friends, a walk with the family, or everyday office wear. The trail is moderate and lasts about four hours, but if you don’t mind a bit of over-spraying, you can get up to eight. For that price, it’s a steal: twenty dollars for a case with two 100ml bottles of this quality, wow! Not even pirate fragrances do that.

I bought it in a pack with Zara Gold, which I liked and find good, but Silver smells almost imperceptible. Within less than an hour there’s no scent left, and the sillage is very weak.
The longevity seems a bit weak to me, although I feel it improves with every use. The projection is moderate, but I loved the aroma so much that I put Gucci Guilty on my radar, which I don’t know but they say is the inspiration for this Zara Silver Man.
I liked it. It has that Gucci Guilty vibe that I know and adore, and Silver Man has it too. Plus, it lasts much longer than Guilty. Its projection is good for the first two hours and then settles close to three and a half hours on the skin. The original Gucci lasts me barely two hours, whereas this Zara alternative is better. It smells good, people like it, and those who know Gucci will associate it with that. Longevity: 8, Sillage: 6, Projection: 8, Price: 10. Final rating: 8. I find it super versatile for the office or semi-formal situations.
It smells very good, but it’s not the best in terms of longevity. Still, I recommend it.
The scent is top-notch, though it fades quickly. Still, I’d recommend it.
Of all the Zara scents, this is one of the best. It’s spicy, and the pepper note is what stands out most. Regarding the similarity to Gucci Guilty, I haven’t heard it myself, but I’ve read they are very similar. The longevity is poor, barely reaching three hours, and the sillage isn’t very notable. But for around $12, you can’t ask for more. If you want to try something spicy and peppery, Silver Man is a great option.
It’s an old fragrance, but perfect for feeling personal at home after a tough day. Simple, versatile, suitable for day and night. Longevity: 7, Sillage: 5, Projection: 5, Price: 10.
Gucci Guilty Elixir has been my favourite since it launched, but I tried this Silver Man from Zara out of curiosity and regretted spending so much on the original. It’s almost identical, yet this Zara version lasts longer, so spending money on Gucci makes no sense.
Since I started using Gucci Guilty Elixir, I’ve always had it, and it’s my favourite. However, I tried Zara’s Silver Man just to see if it was the same, and I was blown away. It wears out just as much as the Gucci one and smells almost identical, yet it lasts longer. In my opinion, spending so much on the original when this option exists is throwing money away.
