Aromatic and herbal at its core, it pairs fresh spice and greenery with a cosier ambery, smoky foundation. A generous, shareable composition centred on teas, garden herbs and soft woods.
The top accord features green tea, wormwood (absinthe), spearmint, lime, lemon verbena, cardamom, coriander and southernwood. Expect a vivid, fresh-spiced opening, citrus-bright and distinctly herbaceous.
At the centre, rooibos tea, rosemary, lavender, sage, saffron, jasmine, chamomile, marigold (tagetes), dates and leather take over. Delicate petals sit beside kitchen-garden herbs, saffron warmth, and a date-and-leather richness that thickens the blend.
Underneath lie mate, tonka bean, benzoin, Atlas cedar, incense, Vietnamese oud and white musk. Mate lends dry, leafy depth, while benzoin, incense and oud supply amber, smoke and timber.
Taken together, the scent feels aromatic, fresh-spiced, herbal, green and smoky, backed by warm-spiced, amber, sweet, woody and fresh tones. The journey from daylight herbs towards resinous woods gives it shape.
