Rich and fresh aroma but it lasts as long as a fart. Incredibly, although it is synthetic, it doesn’t smell as cheap as I thought (not even LV quality), but it’s decent. Ideal for going to the supermarket, working out, walking around the house after a bath, and in the heat. The only downside is that in my city, CDMX, the shopping centres use a very similar lemon cleaner; my girlfriend says I smell like a high-end shopping centre cleaner.
It lasts about 11 hours on my skin or until the next day, and around 5 days on clothes, although obviously, I have 40 perfumes and let this one macerate. Many people complain, but they open and judge it immediately. They forget that they spray it in a rush and it isn’t macerated or oxidised; once macerated, it lasts at least 8 hours on skin.
Delicious aroma but weak performance. It’s a lemonade with ginger and musk, a marine touch that turns the lemon around, and a bitter orange blossom base. Lasts 6 hours on skin, 4 hours well sprayed, the fifth hour fading, and by the sixth it’s almost non-existent. Projection is weak for the first half-hour and the trail is similarly soft. After half an hour, it settles into a skin scent. I’ve read that maceration improves it, so I’ll give it a chance in a few months.
What a pity regarding the longevity. It has a beastly scent, but after 15 minutes the performance is terrible. For me, it lasted just over an hour.
I’m not sure if I’m the only one, but this smelled incredibly bad to me. It smells like cheap lemon cleaner. The performance is quite poor; I wouldn’t recommend it.
Longevity is poor as others say; it’s not one of my favourites, in fact, I’ve tried to sell it. It’s very unisex; I bought an Armaf for my mother and it resembled it greatly, though Limoni Fresh is less floral but identical in its citrus profile. I’ll keep trying to sell it as it’s not my favourite, only using it for informal occasions.
Batch 11/24 initially seemed childish to me, but once it settled, my opinion changed: it’s rich, full of sweet citrus, albeit synthetic. It doesn’t develop much at first but does later, and it doesn’t smell like lemonade as some YouTubers claim. My girlfriend adored it. I imagine it shines more in the heat; it has a good trail and lasted eight hours on my skin and longer on clothes. The presentation matches the other Odyssey bottles, but I hate the atomiser—it’s horrible, worse than the Mega and Mandarin Sky. Do not wear in the cold; it’s 100% beach. Scent 8, trail 8, longevity 8, price 10.
If you’re from Argentina, this is like drinking a Pretty or an H2O; it will remind you of that. Something I’ve never smelled in another perfume. I wouldn’t buy it myself as I feel it doesn’t suit me, but the quality is excellent; it’s rich and refreshing.
Delicious! It’s like making a caipirinha and muddling the lime with sugar; it screams beautiful heat.
What does it remind you of? 300 Km/H, I think, due to the citrus notes. Could be similar to Clinique Happy.
It opens with a powerful, clean lemon note; on my dry skin it dries down somewhat and resembles the base of Creed’s I T Green, though it doesn’t quite lose that citrus character.
Bottled summer ✅
I have little of it, it doesn’t disgust me, but it smells like hand cream or lemon body lotion. It reminds me of the Sapolan sunscreen my mother used to spray. After a while it seems like an Adolfo Domínguez. It might change with time, but that creamy sensation doesn’t quite convince me.
I find it exquisite and very original. A friend gifted it to me, though she didn’t like it. The first impression has a masculine marine note that hit my nose, but within seconds it becomes enchanting. The combination with citrus makes it stand out and adds something seductive.
Excellent for gifting and a safe blind buy. It never fails.
I live in a city with heavy, humid summers and very high temperatures. For that, this perfume is IDEAL for everyday wear (work or going out) to feel fresh and clean, smelling good even in the sun. Very simple, it delivers; no one will dislike it. No complexity or power for dates or dancing, but it could work well on very hot nights. Also suitable for the beach or gym. Projection is medium for an hour with a soft sillage. Longevity on skin is a maximum of four hours. Ideal for heavy summer days, siestas, or afternoons.
A summer staple, typical yet characterful; the tea and ginger stand out while the citrus dominates. It feels juicy and aquatic but without strong marine notes. Rich yet unobtrusive. Imagine a late afternoon by the beach with spiced lemonade. The downside is longevity, but at 12,000 Chilean pesos (around $13) for 60ml, it’s a workhorse for this disgusting heat.
I went along with the reviews and bought from a trusted seller, 100% original, and it’s a disappointment. It opens strong with citrus, but after half an hour there’s no sillage and the longevity is poor: two hours, maybe three at most. It’s an Arabic fragrance and I’ve tried Immortel and others. Bad purchase. I’ve left it for weeks and it hasn’t improved. I doubt I’ll use it this summer. I’m annoyed to see reviewers claiming it lasts over eight hours while they travel for free to Dubai.
This is my first post on Fragrantica since the 2-3 years I have been using this site without an account. This was the perfume that finally developed my distrust towards several reviewers. While I do not hate it as some perfumes do, for my taste of 17 years with a normal or slightly more developed nose than common, this perfume is not what many reviewers try to make you believe. From my first impression on the opening, I discarded it immediately, but seeing so many recommendations previously, I forced myself to convince myself it would get better with time, like acquired taste. I bought a decant and kept testing it for a week, and it did not fully convince or please me; for me, it feels like a concentrate of thick, bitter, crushed lemon and some green tangerine peels, nothing more. It is very annoying quickly if you apply it close to the nose (thank god the projection is not as strong as the smell), but I also have friends who think it is good, although I do not share that opinion at all. Still, it likes about 6/10 people; it is not a safe blind buy at all; I 100% recommend smelling it in a store if you were thinking of buying it so you can have your own impressions of it.
I love it, but it lasts nothing and projects nothing. Super F.
It smells like bath deodorant to me. This is not fine, tasty, sweet, attractive, or original. As for longevity, I honestly have no idea because smelling the opening took away my desire to test it further.
It is a fragrance purely for summer days, with heat over 28 degrees. Clean and very fresh. It smells like a lemon dessert. The immediate opening is too heavy with lemon, but after 10-15 seconds I start to feel the sweetness of the dessert. I bought it a little over a week ago and have used it in the dry heat of Santiago. It has lasted a little more than 4 hours on skin, applying 3 sprays (2 on the neck and one on the chest). Definitely, it is not a fragrance I would use for dates, but rather for being outdoors by the pool. It is for purely daytime use on very hot days; you don’t have a specific scenario, but you want to smell clean and fresh.
Soft lemonade, perfect for the heat. 70% feminine.
Fragrance for summer and spring, it is a citrus perfume with a sweet touch given by the tangerine, a perfume that is a blind buy and lasts up to 5 hours. Good perfume and economical.
Exquisite opening, very versatile, and moreover, easy blind buy. There is nowhere to go wrong. It is true that it is not the biggest invention in current perfumery and perhaps there are better options, but for the price ($12) it is excellent. Longevity of 6 to 8 hours and the occasions of use are ideal for facing extreme heat. I recommend it.
It is a rich and simple fragrance, clearly recalling the DNA of Afternoon Swim, an easy-to-please citrus perfume, slightly sweet (most likely due to the tangerine). Do not expect something potent or good performance because it is not; for the price, I would say it is a good option ($12 for 60ml). Longevity: up to 4-5 hours, with a weak projection of about 1 hour, then it stays close to the skin for the rest of the wear. Scent: 8/10, Longevity: 5/10, Projection: 5/10, Price: 10/10.
I am from Puerto Rico and work outdoors; this fragrance, regardless of what it resembles, is a clear 8/10. I would definitely buy it again because it gives a feeling of freshness and adrenaline when reapplied. It is very cheap for what it delivers, I have no complaints; obviously, it is not a fragrance that lasts 5 hours. For short occasions, it is very appropriate, and for the heat, I think it is the best.
I have never tried Afternoon Swim, but as soon as it arrived and I tested it, it automatically reminded me of Blue Seduction. It is a very rich, fresh, and pleasant fragrance. If you like that type of scent (you can try Blue Seduction by Antonio Banderas at any Farmacity), this follows the same path, but it feels more potent and much longer-lasting.
It is the DNA of Ex Nihilo Blue Thalisman or Lattafa Art of Universe, but with a very citrusy opening; in the dry down, it is the same sweetness and DNA as Art of Universe or Thurati Electric.
My sister is a fanatic for citrus and this is the one she’s liked most. Moderate projection (pleasant) and good fixative; it lasts her more than five hours on skin. It feels fresher rather than acidic. A very good summer alternative.
Well, I’ll share my experience with this scent I just bought. Given that many people don’t have access to the Louis Vuitton perfumes it’s often compared to, which are incredibly expensive and unavailable in my country, it all boils down to buying fragrances and discovering what they smell like. For those without access who want to know, or at least for me, it evokes the vibes of CK One Summer 2020 and Reflections, as they share notes of tea, lemon, ginger, musk, and woods. For many, this scent is a total fiasco regarding longevity and projection, but I must say that for me, the soul of this perfume is simply good vibes, cheerful and uncomplicated to refresh you on sweltering hot days. This fragrance isn’t made for those seeking beast mode projection or long-lasting wear; for me, it lasts about 5 hours on skin in a soft, subtle way, a very personal pleasure cloud, though refreshing it occasionally is a juicy delight. Clearly, it’s not a novelty for me, but since I can’t find CK One 2020 or Reflections anymore, this Odyssey Limoni has been a pleasant surprise. I’m not saying they are dupes or clones, but that citrus, optimistic, and cheerful soul has pleased me greatly whenever I want a refreshing shot to lift my spirits. I sprayed it on clothes many times without guilt, as its value is very convenient, allowing me to enjoy the scent for longer; I do this with citrus fragrances as we know they are more volatile. There will be those who dislike it entirely; I read everything and watched videos, but in the end, I liked it precisely because it is an uncomplicated and simple scent. I carry a decant in my bag to refresh it.
Notoriably citrusy aroma, very pleasant from the start; another of those ‘easy to like’ scents for most. The lemon note (very marked) defines the perfume, with a decent trail ideal for spring/summer. It’s unisex; the orange blossom gives it a floral touch even though it’s not declared, but I reiterate, it’s citrus. I picked it up for around 20,000 pesos (here in Chile) and it’s a very good purchase for performance and price.
Very good, specifically for young people. Its citrus notes of lemon and bergamot make it refreshing and unique for this summer. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t last long and isn’t enjoyed as much. I recommend it for daytime activities. A very good perfume.
Smells like Artisan Pure; it’s bottled summer defined.
Super rich, very citrusy but not the typical lemon smell. It’s super versatile for day wear or special occasions, much better in summer.
Bought it on a friend’s recommendation; I wear it for daily use and occasionally to the gym. It’s a pleasant fragrance, nothing invasive, with a moderate projection that the lemon notes make very agreeable. If you’re young, it’s ideal.
This leans towards Afternoon Swim and Imagination, both by LV. I see it as super unisex and informal; even for the gym, it’s very suitable. Fresh and contemporary, I think it’s a very good option and its performance is good. For better longevity, reapply.
Very rich; reminds me of a lemon caramel. It has sweetness but is primarily citrus, perfect for the heat. It shines in summer or on holiday. My first time with Armaf and it doesn’t last long, around three hours, then it becomes skin scent; I have to press my nose against my skin to smell it, and even when freshly applied, it doesn’t project much. What a pity because I love it; it lifts my mood just by smelling it, and I’d love for it to last longer.
Smells rich; it’s a well-acidic citrus note but softened, not quite as sharp or intense. I detect a hint of detergent, but in a lovely, clean way, like being wrapped in a cloud of cotton. Citrus, soft, and clean, with that acid present yet unobtrusive. Ideal for everyday wear.
Pure citrus, though sweetened and with a minty touch.
