Ôver The Top by Lancôme is a green floral fragrance for men and women. This creation, signed by Carlos Benaïm, was launched in 2025. Its olfactive structure unfolds with tomato leaves, green accents, and fruity notes in the top; the heart reveals jasmine; and the base settles on woody notes.

Delicious, delicate, and fresh aroma, without being citrusy or green, with soft flowers and a fruity touch. Ideal for spring and summer: it’s a daytime eau de toilette, not intense but with personality. It doesn’t project much, but it’s noticeable on your skin for over six hours. It’s not invasive, perfect for work: those nearby perceive it without it being bothersome. To me, it seems more feminine than masculine, even though it’s sold as unisex. Of the three new Lancôme scents, this is the most different. I recommend trying it before buying because of that peculiar tomato leaf touch.
I didn’t like it much; the tomato note is noticeable and seemed a bit odd.
I gave it away because I couldn’t stand it. At work, they asked me not to wear it, and rightly so. It doesn’t smell fresh or green; I don’t detect tomato or white flowers. Plus, it lasts a long time (well, it is Lancôme). The price is fair, but try it several times before buying. It has nothing to do with what the brand claims.
It’s the most interesting of the three new O scents, but it didn’t fully convince me. I wouldn’t repurchase because it doesn’t work well for layering. I gave it away.
The worst perfume purchase. You have to let it dry so it doesn’t smell like pure tomato.
I loved it! It works brilliantly on my skin. It smells soft, like freshly watered fresh flowers. It reminds me of a pomegranate cream I had before. Sometimes the tomato note doesn’t suit, but on my skin, it looks gorgeous. If you like the Pop cologne, this will suit you too. They aren’t the same, but they share that tomato leaf touch.
I tried it after a shower and the longevity was good. At first, it smells floral and green, but it gave me a ‘grandma’s perfume’ vibe, perhaps due to the tomato leaf or jasmine. I didn’t dislike it, but it’s not my style.
