  • Total disappointment. I didn’t expect a clone of Pistachio Gelato, but I did hope to catch a hint of pistachio. Upon trying it, it smells exactly like Sand Desert, just from a different bottle. Worth having in 30ml, but if you like the scent, go for Sand Desert or Nocturnal Life instead.

  • The pistachio is very low, there’s a small citrus note but mostly a strong woody note, perhaps cedar. It seems more suited to men, or so I noticed; I need to layer it to suit my taste. Average performance.

  • Nothing like another perfume! 🙂 It doesn’t smell of the typical rose or strawberry notes found in women’s fragrances. It’s unusual but well done. The first time I smelled it straight from the bottle, I thought: ‘how strange!’ but I liked it and couldn’t stop smelling it. On the skin, it was the same. I didn’t wear it immediately due to doubts and let it develop to be sure. After a few hours, a trail emerged that was avo-cinnamon, woody, warm, subtle, and spiced. I’ve already bought it and have no regrets. I do detect a woody pistachio with a spiced, acidic opening and a lactonic touch, perhaps from the tonka bean.

  • I haven’t heard of another perfume like this. It’s not like the typical feminine rose or strawberry scents. It’s rare in a good way. The first time I smelled it straight from the bottle, I thought: how strange, but I liked it and couldn’t stop sniffing it. I tried it on my skin and had the same sensation. I didn’t take it away immediately due to doubts, letting it develop; after a few hours, a soft vanilla-woody, warm, subtle and spicy trail emerged. After that, I bought it and have no regrets. I do detect a woody pistachio with a spicy, acidic opening, and in my opinion, a slightly lactonic note, perhaps from the tonka bean.

  • The pistachio note is slightly artificial, but it is there and comes across strongly on my skin. I still haven’t decided whether to buy it; I tried it today and couldn’t stop smelling my wrist where I applied it. It’s a special scent.

  • Although the pistachio is somewhat artificial, it is present and smells very potent on my skin. I still haven’t decided whether to buy it; today I went to try it and couldn’t stop smelling my hand where I applied it. It’s a special scent.

  • A total disappointment that it resembles Kilian’s Angel’s Share and Nocturnal Life from the same house (ZARA). Like the latter, it offers good performance for the price, but if you’re looking for a realistic pistachio, this isn’t the option. It smells of cinnamon with a hint of liquor, perhaps almond and oak. It remains a gourmand, but the name is misleading; the pistachio isn’t noticeable or highlighted in this ‘infusion’. I recommend testing before buying. I’m still hoping Zara releases a good pistachio fragrance.

  • Blackbirdy

An artificial pistachio that ends up powdery. It doesn’t convince me on my skin, although it lasts quite a bit considering it’s a Zara cologne.

  • Total disappointment that it resembles Angel’s Share by Kilian and Nocturnal Life by Zara so closely. Like the latter, it offers good performance for the price, but if you are looking for a realistic pistachio, this isn’t it. It smells of cinnamon with a hint of liquor, perhaps almond and oak wood. It remains gourmand, but the name is misleading because the pistachio is neither noticeable nor prominent in this ‘infusion’. I recommend trying before buying. I still hope Zara releases a good pistachio perfume soon 🙏🏼

  • Mitafragance

Lately, being a victim of the hype for expensive niche fragrances, when I buy something from Zara I’m happy if it smells nice. For me, splashing on this and having a little bubble of pleasant scent, whether as a base or on its own, seems wonderful. It’s a simple fruity/gourmand; the pistachio isn’t very noticeable due to the heavy sweetness, but it does give a hint of nuttiness. I don’t ask for more from life, so I’m happy.

  • One of the most horrible scents I’ve tried. I don’t understand the positive comments. It only becomes sweet when it’s fading. It just reminds me of ferrous pharmacy compounds, those iron bottles or the stuff they used to give you for mouth ulcers. Puff, test before buying.

  • One of the most horrible scents I have ever tried. I don’t understand the comments, haha. It only turns sweet when it is already fading. I don’t know how to describe it; it simply reminds me of a pharmacy iron compound. Those liquid iron bottles or even what they used to send years ago for mouth ulcers. Puff, try before you buy.

  • William Thacker

I liked it when I smelled it quickly in Zara and bought it without thinking. After using it a couple of times, I say it is a unisex female perfume with a poor scent. I don’t smell any of the indicated notes, but rather a typical sweetness found in the perfumes Zara launches ten times a year. Very similar to a cheap perfume called ‘Al Arij’ by Louis Cardin, which I prefer over this one. 2/10

  • William Thacker

I liked it at first sniff in Zara and bought it without a second thought. After wearing it a couple of times, I’d say it’s a feminine unisex with an unpleasant scent; I don’t detect the listed notes, just a typical sweet Zara smell. Very similar to Louis Cardin’s ‘Al Arij’, which I prefer. 2/10.

  • Promising yet forgettable, like 90% of Don Amancio’s fragrances. It’s a pistachio that promises to be realistic but ends up as a watery gourmand with very little presence. It didn’t impress me.

  • Lavidahuelebonito

Smells identical to Sand Dessert and Sunset. I don’t understand all the fuss about this one when people praise the other so highly. It’s a mystery.
