  It smells wonderfully of lemon and mint.

  It smells like a lovely child, fresh, tender, with that comforting touch of lemon. It’s not as easy to come by these days, although I suddenly spotted it at Arenal perfumery. It’s that classic, rich and tender baby cologne, like a fine teddy bear, Mar de Coral, Mustela, or the old reliable. It permeates and elevates the baby’s natural scent, just like that pretty little potxolito we say here in the Basque Country.

  It was given to my son as a gift when he was born; it smells unique and delicious, soft and perfect for them. It lasted me years, but in the end I finished it off myself, haha, I couldn’t resist the temptation. It’s a pity it’s so hard to find as they say.

  This is the one that’s made the most impression at home; the whole family uses it. Dior Homme Intense comes second, although I use it less. Sometimes a good perfume is enough and you don’t need to complicate things with nonsense.

  I absolutely love baby fragrances, and this is my absolute favourite. You can only find it in places like El Corte Inglés because it’s not easy to come by, but it’s worth it: it’s the best of them all.
