To me, the honey is a very subtle wink, there it is but without stealing the spotlight from the neroli, jasmine, lily and musk that take over after some soft, pleasant citrus notes. Up close, an ambered sandalwood lingers until it’s had enough, but my colleagues are right: it’s a short film, not a feature. It doesn’t last! I bought the 8ml travel size from the official website and saved myself from purchasing a larger bottle, as I would have regretted it. The scent is exquisite and delicate, yet it bids farewell just when it captivates you most, like those histrionic personalities who leave right at the most interesting part. You have to insist on reapplying, but for these tricks, it’s better to explore other avenues. 🕯️ 7.5/10.🔥

I’m surprised not to see more reviews of this beautiful scent. Quelques Fleur Royale smells classic; Houbigant has stayed true to its style. It’s a delicious perfume with high-quality ingredients, timeless, elegant and very classy. The opening is very citrusy but soon fades to give way to a rich honey, as if smelling it straight from the hive, which blends beautifully with the rose. On a subtler level I detect neroli, and at the end a lovely amber appears accompanied by sandalwood and musk. I can perfectly imagine it on royal women. Rating 9/10

What a terrible pity. I loved it in the store and asked the assistant to try it on my wrist. I agree with VainillaDulce, nothing to add. I left so happy, and after an hour I couldn’t smell it anymore; it had completely disappeared. I’ll try it again.
