Descripción

Red Door Aura by Elizabeth Arden is a musky floral woody fragrance for women. Launched in 2012, this composition was created by perfumer Carlos Benaïm. The olfactory pyramid unfolds with top notes of raspberry, orange blossom, and bergamot; a floral heart of jasmine and rose; and a warm, enveloping base of sandalwood, amber, and musk.

I like it; it smells like Lady Million without the patchouli, which I adore. The only downside is longevity (around four hours) and the price; it’s quite expensive in Mexico compared to Elizabeth Arden. I’ll have to wait for the price to drop because I really want it.

Delightful perfume. I’m not usually a fan of musk and wood, but this surprised me; it’s soft and lovely. The sweet raspberry note completely won me over.

  • What I liked most was the price I paid for it. It’s sweet, a little cloying, until it starts to tickle the tip of your nose. I agree that it smells like Lady Million. At first, I thought it was serious and formal, but once it dries down, it becomes increasingly youthful, perfect for a night out at the disco because its sweetness holds up in a crowd without the air getting stale. I’d gift this to a teenager.

  • The best thing is the price. It’s sweet, a bit cloying, and gives a tickle up the nose. It resembles Lady Million. At first it seemed serious, but once it dries down it becomes youthful, ideal for a night disco thanks to its sweetness that doesn’t get lost in the crowd. I’d gift this to a teenager.

A sweet and floral scent perfect for all year round. Once it settles on the skin, it feels younger. It’s a very economical option for daily wear throughout the year, featuring flowers with a soft, sweet touch.

  • Reminds me of Mugler’s Alien but less intense; here, the jasmine takes charge with no trace of Lady Million. I liked it because I’ve learned to appreciate jasmine and truly value Alien now.

  • Smells fantastic, tangy and grape-like, very delicious. The trail is heavy: if you wear it and walk into a room, everyone will surely smell it.

Opens with a super citrusy and slightly acidic note, settling into something exquisite on the skin that turns sweet. I just wish the opening lasted longer. It has moderate sillage but clings to clothes for ages. Suitable for day or night, cold or hot weather; for the price, it’s an absolute gem.
