  It’s a delicate, sweet perfume with a citrus touch that doesn’t weigh it down; it’s a sweet, airy scent with a divine trail. It’s perfectly blended and stabilised. I ordered it from Lucky Scent and have no regrets: if you try it, you’ll love it. If you like Amouage’s Sunshine, you’ll surely fall for this one. Highly recommended.

  It’s a rich, creamy, and easy-to-wear sandalwood, but at 275 euros, the trail and longevity are very poor. To make it last, I apply it to my hair, and it holds up there better. I don’t find any similarity to Sunshine; they only share the vanilla note. If the longevity were better, I’d consider the purchase. But if you don’t have money to spare, honestly, it’s not a good buy.

It has nothing to do with Sunshine (which I don’t like anyway); they only share the vanilla note. If the trail and longevity were better, I’d think about it. But if you don’t have money to spare, forget this purchase.

  I agree with the previous reviewer: it smells great and isn’t cloying; it’s a hit for everyone. However, for the price, I prefer other options from the same house like Siberian Rose or New York 5th Avenue. They have nothing to do with it in terms of quality, only the price is similar, so in my opinion, they are better investments.

  I agree with the user below. It smells great, nothing cloying, it’s a crowd pleaser. But for the price, I prefer others from this house, like Siberian Rose or New York 5th Avenue. They have nothing to do with it, only the price is similar; in my opinion, they are better investments.

  Have you ever eaten at a luxury catering where the plates look beautiful but you leave starving? That’s exactly what this perfume left me with. The packaging and ingredients are wonderful, but the longevity is terrible, barely lasting two hours. It opens with a real, sweet coconut and sandalwood, vanilla, and amber, creating a creamy, warm, and intimate texture. It makes me feel like I’m on a five-star cruise. It’s similar to Jazz Club but softer, cozier, and less harsh. It works well layered with other perfumes. It’s unisex and suitable for any season, but if you’re paying that price and it doesn’t last, it’s simply not worth it for me.

  Have you seen a high-end catering? Beautiful but tiny plates that leave you with an empty stomach. That’s what this perfume left me with. The packaging and ingredients are wonderful, but I left feeling hungry. Santal Complet opens with a sweet, woody coconut, real fruit, not synthetic or summery. Backed by sandalwood, vanilla, and amber, it creates a warm, cosy creaminess. It’s incredibly soft; I feel like I’m on a luxury cruise. It has a resemblance to Jazz Club, perhaps a more masculine alternative if it weren’t so dark and less tobacco-like. While Jazz Club is harsh, this is soft. Layering with Jazz Club, Katy Perry’s Indi Visible, or Gris Charnel works best. It’s linear, luxurious, and intimate, seeming to come straight from the skin. The longevity is terrible, at most two hours. If a perfume costs that fortune and doesn’t last, even if it smells exquisite, it’s not worth it for me. Sandalwood lovers, give it a try.

  I’ve had this on my wishlist since Demi Rawling recommended it for her wedding, so I finally took the plunge. I was worried about the longevity, but it lasted all day for sure, though it probably depends on the skin. The scent is relaxing and luxurious without being intrusive; it opens with a vanilla coconut and a touch of caramel that gives it a mystical, sweet vibe. It settles on the skin like silk or velvet, making it an ideal signature scent with that elegant white stag-in-the-woods aura. Three sprays last over ten hours and project well. It’s pricey, but worth it if you can catch a deal, and the Fragrance du Bois bottle is simply gorgeous.

  I’ve wanted to try this for a while because Demi Rawling recommended it for her wedding, and although I’m not sure if she still does, I took the plunge. I was worried about the longevity (given the price), but it turned out to be unfounded; it lasts all day, surely depending on the skin. The aroma is relaxing, luxurious, and cosy without being intrusive, that silent luxury of today. It opens with a vanilla coconut and a caramelised touch (though it’s not listed, I sense it) that was strong at first but then settled on the skin like soft silk or velvet. The vanilla fades and the coconut highlights with the sandalwood and musk, giving a mystically sweet skin scent. It’s perfect as a signature, with a mystical and elegant aura, like a white stag in the woods at dusk. That sandalwood gives it an esoteric and ethereal touch. In my case, it lasts over 10 hours with three sprays and projects 3-5 metres. It’s pricey, but you can find it at a good price; perhaps it would cost less if it weren’t for the beautiful packaging, which Fragrance du Bois has of the best.
