It opens with iris alongside pink pepper, angelica and bergamot. The impression is fresh and lightly green, with citrus brightness leading towards a very powdery heart.
Iris appears at the top and continues through the centre, which lends the composition a calm continuity. The iris here is creamy and powder-like, lifted by the faint piquancy of pink pepper.
At its centre, iris is joined by coriander and rose. Coriander contributes an aromatic greenness, while rose brings a refined, traditional floral softness without taking over.
The foundation combines ambrette musk, cedar, Concreto and orris root. Powdery, musky and ambery facets settle here, with dry cedar providing a neat woody frame for the softness.
