  • Smells like a freshly opened nappy, just before use. It doesn’t smell bad, but it’s not my style.

  • I’ve picked up the King of Pop with Suit of Lights. Unlike other white florals where the jasmine is creamy and milky, here it blends with honeysuckle, white flowers, and a clean musk that gives a sense of crystal and purity. It has a very light soapy touch from the orange blossom and clean woods, resulting in a unisex fragrance with good longevity. It’s inspired by MJ’s Moonwalk. It starts with a strong citrus hit of tangerine, then orange blossom as the first white flower and a green background of violet leaves that gives it a masculine character. As it dries down, the jasmine and a ripe honeysuckle with slight honey notes come forward. Hours later, it remains neat with woody notes but keeps that cleanliness from the musk. It’s totally unisex, though the bouquet of white flowers gives it a slight feminine touch. It lasts a long time on skin and clothes, with a trail of about three hours that drops very slowly without stopping its close projection. It goes great all year round, but stands out in spring and summer. I recommend it for special evening events, smart-casual but party-ready. Given its bright, neat profile, it’s perfect for clubbing, especially a night out with someone special where the impression and dance moves are key. The price is ridiculously high for what it offers (the Swarovski crystal influences a lot and it’s a special edition). The bottle is gorgeous and very detailed, with iridescent lettering and a box full of details about the inspiration. It seems like a delightful representation of MJ; I associate it more with Tom Ford’s Black Orchid, which is said to have been his favourite. But this floral, clean, and sparkling interpretation felt very right, evoking the King of Pop gliding across the stage or in videos like Beat It, Billie Jean, and Smooth Criminal, wearing white or metallic outfits and that Swarovski crystal glove.

  • I absolutely loved the Jusbox version of King of Pop with Suit of Lights. Unlike other white florals where the jasmine is creamier, milky, and sweeter; here it blends with honeysuckle, more white flowers, and a clean musk. You can really sense the crystal, the cleanliness, and the purity. Very lightly soapy due to the orange blossom and clean woods that make it a solid, unisex fragrance with notable longevity. Inspired by Michael Jackson during his legendary (and universally imitated) Moonwalk. It opens with a strong citrus hit of tangerine, followed by orange blossom as the first white flower and a green background of violet leaves. That green helps it feel more masculine. As it dries down, the jasmine and honeysuckle come forward—a very ripe honeysuckle with slight honey notes. After hours, it stays neat with woody notes but without losing that clean musk character. Completely unisex, though with a slight feminine lean due to the bouquet of white flowers. Long-lasting on skin and clothes. A prominent trail for about three hours, then drops very slowly but still projects nearby. Perfect for any season, but stands out more in spring and summer. I recommend it for special evening events, smart-casual but party-ready. Given its bright, neat profile, it’s ideal for clubbing, especially a night out with someone special where the impression (and your dance moves) are key. The price is ridiculously high for what it offers (the Swarovski crystal influences the performance significantly as it’s a special edition). Stunning bottle and very well detailed with iridescent lettering and a box full of details about the inspiration. It seemed like a delightful representation of Michael Jackson; I definitely associate it more with Tom Ford’s Black Orchid, which is said to have been his favourite. Impeccable combination of notes. This is totally unisex for me. I love it 😍

  • White floral, citrusy, and super musky. Smells clean and soapy, yet with a sweet, creamy touch at the same time. Honestly, it’s not my style, nor do I think it’s Michael Jackson’s style either. It didn’t seem memorable to me at all. There are options in the same style at a much lower price point. Next.
