Nice and reliable fragrance from this house that never ceases to surprise me. Tea of de night offers a soft scent of muted orange and cardamom (which is the main accord) over a woody black tea (with smoky vetiver nuances). It avoids fashionable sweeteners. It is simple and pleasant, of acceptable quality, offers no olfactory challenge, so it is very useful. Its performance is modest overall, soft sillage and moderate longevity at best, and clearly designed for men. The Fragrantica notes are incorrect.
I think it’s an excellent tea fragrance. It’s not the classic green tea found in other compositions, like the one from Yves Rocher. It’s more sober and tidy. The woods are very noticeable. I see it more for men.
