The opening is sweet, feeling like caramel and a little cake, with noticeable white woods. As it dries, it leaves a sweet, comforting scent, although the white wood remains present; be careful with that if you dislike that note, as it makes a bit of noise for me. Medium trail, lasting 3 to 4 hours. I didn’t detect any floral notes.

  • Lovely fragrance, feels like a ‘little dessert’: vanilla, caramel. It’s very sweet and pleasant; the downside is the longevity is almost non-existent, it’s more of a ‘personal enjoyment’ if you like sweet perfumes.

  • The opening is quite sweet, like a little dessert, but on my skin the musk stands out as it dries and smells of clean laundry with a cake, which I find unpleasant.

  • NiniDevotional

The fragrance is purely vanilla, more like vanilla ice cream than a pastry. It comes out quite alcoholic at first, then settles into a very realistic creamy vanilla scent. It doesn’t last long but you can certainly feel it, more like a second skin for personal enjoyment. Ideal for those seeking something hyper-sweet, discreet and feminine. I detected an air of Burberry Goddess in its sweetness and vanilla notes. It didn’t convince me as it seems more of a body splash than an eau de parfum.

  • I loved it until I detected the white wood. I can’t quite describe it; it’s a green note that clashes with the evolution. At first, I sensed that sweet gourmand vibe, like an almond biscuit, ideal for winter, and then that white wood…

I’ve been looking for this perfume for ages and finally tried it today. The longevity has improved significantly; it’s clear Jean Arthes is working on staying power. It’s not brilliant and doesn’t last as long as Pavlova or Macaron Amande, but more than four hours. The trail remains the same with little projection. It smells of vanilla and caramel filling, like a cream puff, sweet and soft. It’s not the same as an éclair and I didn’t detect the wood others mention; for me, it’s very gourmand. If you want to smell like flan or a vanilla dessert, you’ll love it, even if the performance isn’t exceptional. I don’t rule out buying it one day 🍮

At first, the alcohol is noticeable, but it fades within 20 seconds, leaving the scent. It smells of strong vanilla and you can detect the wood note, which I don’t mind; in fact, I adore it. Paired with the musk, it works beautifully. It doesn’t last long, and the trail is even shorter, but it’s a delicious scent, not cloying. It’s sweet but not overly gourmand. P.S.: the bottles in this line are gorgeous.

  • Of the four, this is the one that lasts longest on the skin, but the scent sounded incredibly synthetic and overpowering; I couldn’t identify it. Of the entire line, it’s the one I liked the least and I wouldn’t buy it again.
