I picked this up alongside Floresencia after trying everything at a lovely boutique in Barcelona. As the name suggests, I believe this perfume is the essence of Spain, that era that formed part of the Arab world. Walking through the streets, the land gifted me a vision: the scent of incense drifting on the wind carried the words of exotic prayers, and those towering stacks of books held all the wisdom. I think every bottle of Monegal carries a story within it. If you head to the shop, you must try it.
