Thé Fantaisie by Roger & Gallet is an aromatic woody fragrance for women. Launched in 2017, this composition was created by perfumer Alberto Morillas. The olfactory pyramid unfolds with top notes of lemon, mandarin, orange, cardamom, pine, coriander and geranium; a heart of black tea, pink pepper, nutmeg, statice and palmarosa; and a base revealing cedar, vetiver, benzoin, sandalwood, copaiba balsam and cyperus.

I already have the concentrated versions in my perfumery and I absolutely love this one; I’m smitten by tea in fragrances. By the way, could you add the perfume and eau de toilette of Mucho Amor by Dulceida to Fragrantica? I adore them and would love to see their notes.
I tried its concentrate, and as an olfactory experience, it’s Nestea, full stop. It doesn’t take you to new sensory horizons, nothing like that, but it’s a very reliable and pleasant scent.
Is it original? Not really, but it’s exquisite. Thé Fantaisie has an air that is exquisite, melancholic and sharp, bringing me back to childhood memories. It’s sporty, romantic and crystal-clear, almost summery. What fascinated me most at first was its dry-down: neat and gentle, especially on clothes, as it doesn’t last long on the skin, though it’s a delightful little scent. When applied, it smells like Dior’s Portofino. It doesn’t offend anyone and is very comforting. Another work lovingly handled by Morillas.
Is it original? Not too much. Is it beautiful? Extremely. Thé Fantaisie has an exquisite air with a touch of melancholy and sharpness that brings back good childhood memories. It’s sporty, romantic and crystal-clear, bordering on summery. The first time I smelled it, what fascinated me most was its dry-down. It’s so neat and gentle… especially on clothes, as it doesn’t last very long on the skin, a delightful little scent. When applied, it reminds me of Dior’s Portofino. It’s a scent that doesn’t offend anyone and is very comforting. Another work lovingly handled by Morillas.
