I bought it blind for the packaging… Sincerely, it’s elegant, mysterious and special. The citrus opening smells of bergamot and mandarin, but as it dries down it changes: it becomes floral, lily with spicy notes. I even sense a hint of leather, although it might just be my imagination. It’s not very youthful; as it dries down it’s floral, powdery and spicy, even quite dense.
I bought it blind for the packaging, which is elegant, mysterious and special. The opening is citrus with bergamot and mandarin, but as it dries down it changes completely: it smells floral, with lily, spicy, and I even notice a touch of leather, although it might just be my imagination. It’s not a very youthful fragrance; in the end it’s floral, powdery and spicy, with a quite dense dry-down.
I was swept away by that gorgeous bottle and the peach note. 🍑 I totally disagree with the review below 👇: it smells 99% like the original, but with more pronounced vanilla and sweetness. It’s a timeless scent, perfect for any occasion. Maybe in summer I’d wear it at night; to my nose 👃 it smells almost like honey 🍯. The lily is warm, lovely, and zero ‘mummy’ vibes. I don’t detect the leather mentioned below 👇, but every nose 👃 is a world. 🌎 I wear it at any age: from a 16-year-old girl to my 88-year-old grandmother… it’s ageless, timeless, and usable anytime. No wonder it’s ‘The One’, the only one! 10/10. It’s not my favourite, but it’s beautiful and I’m delighted to have found it, even though it’s discontinued.
