  The One Pour Homme EDP is a citrus, amber and woody blend. This new version, swapping ‘for Men’ for ‘Pour Homme’, offers a citrus opening with a slight spice reminiscent of previous editions, but here the citrus notes are stronger and last longer. Over time, the signature amber and tobacco DNA typical of the brand emerges; however, unlike before, the citrus doesn’t fade in intensity but remains on par with the amber and tobacco, achieving a perfect balance that makes it more versatile. In the dry-down, cedar and a touch of patchouli blend with the amber and tobacco until the end, staying true to the Dolce & Gabbana style. It’s a rebalancing of the original that boosts the citrus potency without losing its essence, now ideal for spring, autumn and winter. Suitable for the office, night outs or romantic dates. In terms of longevity, it outperforms the previous EDT and EDP versions, lasting almost 10 hours, although the sillage remains very intimate and skin-close. Compared to the new Parfum, this feels more versatile, citrusy and less sweet, though the Parfum isn’t overly sweet either. Personally, I’ve preferred this over the Parfum, although both are good. Against the previous EDP, it retains common elements but feels more herbal and less spicy.
